You got Girly Hands. Cold steels new g10 is already smooth enough compared to the old Cold Steel Super Grippy G10. The old stuff was super rough, Grippy, would tear up your Pockets but it felt amazing in hand
I ordered mine a couple years ago from Mr Hammond himself in cpm154, also the 7" version in 440c. I got the trainer sent years ago and man its great. This are quite probaby the best fighting knife ever made. If you like this might be good idea to take a look into the customs, he can even make them in 3v
I grabbed a mini recon 1 last week, I wanted to see if I liked it before spending for the full size. Holy crap I love this blade, it hasn’t left my pocket since I got it in the mail. I’ll be buying the full size recon 1 soon!

I just saw that for the tanto, clip point and spear point/drop point Recon 1 knives, they have a micro, a mini, the regular size like you have which is a large knife AND an XL version!
Haha your attack panther Tommy! Nice! I have an attack panther too. She was a feral kitten and she hasn't been spayed. She's 3 now and she's a psycho lol. She climbs the blankets I have over the window, she runs laps like she's on a race track, she tears the place up as she isn't declawed and she is out of her mind. The other times she's super sweet and wants to spend time with my dog and I and she always wants to sleep right there with us in the bed and curl up with us haha. I call, her Taz for the Tazmanain devil lol. Nice knife! I want a tanto version......or two......and a clip point like your's. Very nice knife. I've seen some good reviews on at least the tanto version and tried to break the tip, off and it didn't work. I'm getting one soon! Nice video and great review! Excellent model. Bought 2 off the secondary market for $400. USD,LNIB. Love it. The blade hits the lanyard on mine and I took the tube out and it’s good too go. Very small phosphor bronze washers at that.

Regular USMC KA-BAR is a wonderful knife. However, the "Big Brother" version is even better! Don't use it for bushcraft purposes. The blade is too thin for heavy survival purposes. The KA-BAR Becker knives are better for bushcraft. The regular and Big Brother version are great weapons for killing. Excellent fighting/combat knife for slashing and killing.
I had ordered the san mai version of this tanto, amazon sent me the right box but the 4034 version was in it lol. The san mai is out of stock so amazon allowed me to keep this 4034 at no extra cost for their mistake while I wait for what I ordered to be restocked and delivered. I agree with the c+ on this version, it's not horrible but for the price point they could have done a little better in areas like the handle scales. The stone wash surface grew on me but the handle scales I'll be removing and I'll make my own out of red oak. I have the recon tanto in san mai and sk5 and those are both really great knives, I did buy C clips for them because I don't like the nylon belt loop and like the carry option the C clips give. For the warcraft xl tantos I also ordered secure-ex compatible belt clips so I can do more of an angled horizontal carry. Thanks for the video, hope you enjoy the tanto. From Alberta, take care.
I recommend you try out Kizer Begleiter XL button lock. There are two 154cm versions, i think the one with normal satin blade is better looking, other option being black stonewash, both with micarta handles. Gorgeous in its simple form, while being very fidgety.
Andrew demko said that he came up with the idea for AirLite on his fishing trip or smth, where beforehand he took CS Broken Skull and grinded blade and handles in few places and thought to himself- thats actually a nice design. CS Broken Skull(and ranch boss, range boss knives that came after it) itself is i thiiiiiink more reminiscent of buck folding knives, where its supposed to look like old classic folding knife, but made with modern materials.
