Hey brother, if it keeps disconnecting or lagging it’s because you haven’t updated. Mine has similar issues, even losing gps signal until I applied the update. Make sure you use a usb2.0 or higher and 16Gb or larger
Great so far. I wish it had a knob for volume rather than buttons to easily turn it up and down. Mine sometimes disconnects car play for like 3 seconds and goes to the radio but it comes back on. Wondering if it’s just the phone dropping signal or if it’s because I didn’t use the GPS antenna.

@@TVideouk no mate. But when it came to selling someoke noticed thr quarter repair from inside as i had removed the plastics. This was done in Japan as i was the first owner after whifbitz. Glad its been looked after. I spent a fortune on it in my ownership, then my mate had it off me and put a k20 in it.
Bought it and used it today. Really good machine. I swapped to a 5 inch backing plate and some hex logic pads, used Autobrite Cherry Glaze as I was only polishing and protecting
I use that polisher with a budget sealey head (blue) use it on single stage paints and clear and works alright. Daily cars are never going to be perfect, different story if it’s concourse.

I got the same polisher a year ago, and it is a real work horse, although very heavy in comparison to a lot of the much more expensive ones which makes it tiring when you have to use it on a lot of vertical work, especially if you have to work up rather than down. However, just use it in 30-minute sessions and then come back each time after a break and it gives you a real professional job. I use mine not for car polishing but for refinishing Cellulose and Polyester finishes on pianos where deep scratches and very fine scratches are inevitable, and very visible especially since high polished black is the most common finish, not so visible on white. I have even taken deep gouges out of a harpsichord lid caused by a cat. I have tried a lot of different polishes but Autoglym original gives the very best finish, and hardens very well. Turtle wax is the worst and has become a watery mess that no longer works...at all. I have tried the cheaper lighter models for sale on eBay for around £20, and they are very poor, easily overheat and cannot handle the work, plus they are circular whereas the Argos model is dual. So, In order to get the very best finish, I start with a hard sponge pad leave the wax to harden, rub down, move onto the medium sponge pad, then the soft sponge pad, lambswool last, rub down by hand but lightly, leave for a couple of days rub down by hand more thoroughly then finish using the polishing machine with a microfibe soft finish pad...perfect.
