you can drag and drop from google into notability also, and you can easily import any file on your iOS device. I am surprised you didn't mention having an endless canvas on OneNote, which to me is the biggest benefit to it vs. notability

I would say both are great note-taking apps, with pros and cons. For example, Goodnote provides 3 pen types, while Notability provides 2 pen types. Either way it really depends on your own preferences - hope that helps!
