Nice layout Ron! Love the stories about the buildings, when and how you built them, what types of kits they are, etc. I model the Erie around Hornell, NY. You have captured the flavor of the RR itself. Nice job and great video. Thank you for sharing your layout.👍
Really a true masterpiece of modeling. The level of skill in the buildings is unbelievable! I would love for you to video one of the nights your friends come to run the layout. I had to add in that the liftout was pure genius.
I think you've done a great job particularly it being my scale! You've layout is on par with some of those larger scale layouts, I'm working on my on and I'm going to use your layout as inspiration and ideas.
There are so many amazing layouts on RU-vid created by true artists, but I have to say that Norm's is one of my favorites. Proportionally, everything seems true to life, nothing is over done or underdone. Incredible work.
Wow. Just Wow. Just this summer I spent three days driving, really slowly, driving from Skykomish to Spokane following the old GN route through Wenatchee. You have done a great job with the scenery. And the structures and rolling stock ain't half bad either. l
That is stunning. That's for taking the time to record and post it. I live in Australia and am starting a small m scale great northing inspired layout - so you tube and books are all I have access too. It's very much appreciated.
Have you found the Great Northern Railroad Historical Society? They have LOADS of research material available as downloadable pdf’s. Just search GNRHS.
