Following is my personal experience and I have call recordings, emails and whatnot to prove the same. I ordered a CRADIAC GLOBETROTTER from BICYCLEKART. It took almost 3 weeks for the product to get delivered to Trivandrum from Ernakulam. Even after online payment, no invoice was sent to me, no tracking details was sent to me. I have called BICYCLEKART as well as CRADIAC support may be 50+ times and no response from both sides. They are the most irresponsible fellows I have ever seen. CRADIAC guys won't even attend your calls or call you back. BICYCLEKART, on the other hand won't attend your calls but would return your calls the next day or so and would give you false information.
