Happiness is found inwards. To find happiness you need to kill the ego. The tiny self that is hurt. Only then happiness is found. If you feel hurt, you know you still have some work to do. It is just a simple tool that you can use. Thoughts are for the ego. Everything that happens in life has the potential that you will search for the truth. This body shaming is one of ways that could have told you this world is not going to bring me any happiness, I am going to search for the Truth. As long as you think there is some happiness be found in the world, your ego will bring you on a mary go round. Only you can stop this by journeying inwards. You can not change others, you can not change the world. Kill your own ego to find the truth and eventually find out that this all didn't even matter. It was a blessing disguised in a hurt. Be blessed Sumi and know happiness is not out there. You will never find it somewhere. What you will find is disappointments, hurts and unhappiness, sadness. Peace, wisdom, Love is all found by killing your ego. All religions, all saints and lovers of God tell you what I tell you. Everyone guides to the same thing. But we can only guide, you have to do the work. If you are interested your True Self will guide you. Other people are hurting others, because they want to feel better about themselves. It is simple. It is up to you, how much you let others have influence on how you feel. I wish you all the love in the world. You are enough. May all beings have health and well-being. May all beings enjoy peace and serenity. May all beings experience fulfilment and contentment. May all beings know divine auspiciousness.
I have started a gluten free diet and I can’t believe that I look more toned than before without any painful bloating that I used to suffer from before <3 😭😭
Love the recipes. Thank you. Curry leaves are a favorite of mine, though they are hard to find, sometimes even at Indian grocery stores. I will try mustard seeds and fenugreek leaves. Fenugreek is another favorite aroma and taste for me.
Please do not take this negatively I was once same as you all my life was body shamed n I can relate how it feels . No matter what I ate. Vegan gf right now The only thing that helped me to be in shape was gym 20 mins everyday for a year! Sharing if this can help you in any way More power to you. Thank you for the ideas❤
