Ehh, I don't know; Pecola had the benefit of being syndicated on Cartoon Network and Qubo stateside, Gregory Horror Show's official English dub was direct-to-video only as far as I'm aware. That said, I feel like Gregory Horror Show is certainly discussed more actively because of its quirks- Pecola, by and large, is a cute historical footnote that isn't much to write home about, nostalgia notwithstanding.
The sound effect at the end of the intro is different. and the credits song plays the beginning of the intro again rather than starting past that part.
