Your kits are such high quality with so much detail. I just love putting them together and the trunk kit just shipped, so excited! It’s going into the bedroom diorama that I’m working on. I’m a visual learner so I really appreciate the tutorial videos!!
Not yet, but hopefully one day I will get all my 1:12 into 1:24. This one will probably loose a lot of detail going that small, but I will have to see what I can do😊
I wish that too!! I always feel so bad when I have to set the shipping prices high. I will always refund the extra if I find a good deal on shipping but that can never be guaranteed.
I love the interlocking sides and end pieces that make up the trunk. I have such a hard time with just straight edges. Even when I use something to keep them straight, I always somehow get them just a little crooked. I'm sure it has nothing to do with my touching it before the glue dries. 😅 But yeah. Love it!!! and yes, I am again watching a tutorial video for a kit I do not yet own.🤣 I just love watching your videos.
I wish we could get all of this furniture in SVG files and so forth, would save on shipping and be able to choose the sizes needed for projects. Otherwise, I still LOVE all of your pieces, I just want to get them all in various scales for my display cases. Awesome work and thank you! Keep the fun coming! ☺️🥰
Some of her files are in svg form on her website, but you can also go to her main youtube channel and search the videos there. She Gives away a LOT of digital files on her channel for furniture. She just did the other day for Juno's desk. Just type the word FREE in the search window on her videos.
@@Shari_A._ I know, I'm talking for everything else that also doesn't currently have it. Like the fireplace box. I would LOVE to get that in 1/48 scale because it would fit with the collection of other things I've done in the display case for that size.
I do have on my biz to-do list that I want to make more SVG's available. Everything just seems to need my attention lately and I haven't been able to get to it. I want to focus more on the business side of things going forward so hopefully I can add a couple more before the end of the year😊 Especially the older files. Thanks for the reminder that there is a desire for them!

Do you sell the files to cut myself? I live the opposite side of the world so postage would be a b*tch for both of us lol and Mr Basos has completely ruined my patience for waiting on parcels I did check out the website but there was only two digital files just wondering if you were thinking of doing roombox digital files (either self cutting, laser or cricut etc)

Ara, will this eventually be available in 1:24 scale? I think the design lends itself very well to a Sci-Fi apartment scene. :D I have all of the kitchen kits in 1:24 scale already, so I am hoping to get 2 roomboxes.
Question: will NOT installing the fireplace affect the stability of the whole structure? I want the raised platform to be for Queen Elizabeth I throne (chair). If the stability is going to be an issue I will probably just enlarge the firebox opening to fit the throne. (when I can find one. Lol)
The ceiling stretches all the way to the back of the room so I feel like it should be fine without the fireplace structure if you want to remove it. If you do find that it feels a little weak in that area you can probably insert a couple hand-cut columns out of the remaining pieces that will be less intrusive on the spaces but still provide support. I hope that helps!

I love how detailed your instruction videos are; it's clear how much work you've put on the design, that you have identified all the potential pitfalls (when pieces are almost the same but not quite, and how to deal with that, etc.)

Nothing she makes is a cheap kids toy. And cardboard lasts longer than gingerbread. And try to be kinder with your comments. Ara is a beautiful artist with a heart of gold. She doesn't deserve these ugly comments.
This will last multiple years, whereas the gingerbread usually gets thrown out each year. It's totally fine if you don't care for cardboard kits but I have found them to be very versatile and people can make changes to the design without any power tools.
