Vtec shouldn't be red-lined more the 9150 in between the gear changes, but people always over rev them 🤦 First of all, it makes it go slower, you lose momentum, and you end up blowing the freaking engine..
8th gen civic was so damn fun to drive. no where near fast like my rex but it had so much character. I had a base kpro map which made vtec kick in around 4.5k rpm, that made a huge difference. If it didnt have frame damage i would have turbo that sucker.
