Hi , a freind of minde from. Scotland wants to know the different between test in Ni and scotland coz he did not pass for couple of time any advice plz
Hi. Can I double check if you are joining the roundabout at Zion Place from Frances Street using the left lane for Bangor or right hand lane to follow Donaghadee, do you need to indicate left in both cases? Or just indicate when leaving the roundabout?
Hi there, if you’re having to stop briefly to allow cars to pass, should you indicate left while you are stopped and then indicate right before moving off?
Oh this was one of my mistakes I was asked to take the left turn and the light but at the light there was another car parked near to the junction. I then passed the parked car and tried to pull in to left but couldn't fully fit in so half of my car was blocking the right line 😢
I noticed when ever you are drivng in the center of both lanes in a narrow road where cars are parked you signalled crossing to the other lane even though there was no car coming ahead and behind.
Just after passing my test this morning, couldn't of done it without you. Thank you! I had the route towards Portaferry and was able to relax a bit knowing where we were going. Your videos are great
At the castlebawn roundabout my instructor always makes me leave in the left lane, I would only leave in the right if someone is on my left preventing me from leaving in the left lane. He then would make me merge back into the right lane on approach to the next roundabout turning right. Is that ok to do?
Hi there. Can I ask about coming off the Castlebawn roundabout in the right lane? Do you still do this if you were asked to go to Bangor instead of Portaferry? Then I would move to the left lane for the next roundabout (Portaferry Road roundabout)?
You exit the roundabout in the lane you choose on approach to that roundabout. , you could exit in the right hand lane but could then move back safely to the left for Bangor on the new road if that makes sense
Question if I may please. My sons car has small mirrors attached to the main wing mirrors io help with reversing... Are these allowed? Also, i have a second interior mirror for the passenger side so I can see behind but the location of the dash cam makes it tricky to position correctly and it keeps falling off. Will the examiner position the mirror to suit themselves prior to the test? Thanks
My son is in a similar situation for his test. We booked months ago before the price increase and the only date he could get was Jan in Newtownards during the school holidays. I was going to look for a cancellation for Downpatrick or Newry which are closer and he would be more familiar with, but having across these videos I'm more confident now that he might be ok. I dont really know Arda either so we will be going to try it out over the holidays in advance. Thanks so much and 🤞🤞
I was looking to see if you have a phone number but I can't see one. I was wondering if it would be a benefit to book my son for a lesson in ARDS with you before his test date. His local instructor that he had a few lessons with at the start does Downpatrick. Thanks, Anne
@@intensivedrivingcoursesni4681 thanks. Found it. But see it's 15 hours upwards and I was just thinking an hour or 2 to familiarise with the town. Thanks for the response tho. And thanks again for the videos. They really are great. I've mentioned to a few of his friends too, maybe not doing a test in Newtownards but the other videos are really great with the general advice and tips. 👏👏🤞
Big thank you for taking the time to do all these videos. Like many we couldn't get any test dates for Craigavon. So had to try else where. My son past early this month on this route. I had try to do as many as I could and we had completed this one. No other instructor in NI has given so much dedication to an area and helping learner drivers. My son had many lessons in his own area and your videos are a bonus to anyone learning to drive. It all helps. I already liked and subscribed and I'll be sharing.
Hi I have a test in newtonards next week and I was wondering is all your videos of the routes in newtonards all 10 are they the only ones they are gonna ask as I’ve never done a lesson in newtonards I’m from Coleraine it’s the only place I can get a test fast please let me know thanks
Thanks for the videos! I’m planning for test in Newtownards. Can you please clarify, can I drive morethan 45mph during my test even if the road limit is 60 /70 mph? Thank you.
Your best bet is to go on at around 9am - any time there’s a queue is a good time in my experience. Keep on refreshing and eventually you might find one. I found one after a few hours of refreshing.
Hi, can I ask if the manoeuvres changed? We bay park now? Do they still reverse around a corner? I hated that manoeuvre. Mainland uk and ireland seem to be different for these, although after recently learning we are the only place that has compulsive speed restriction for a year and R Plates.
Hi yes bay park still there in ni aswell as left hand reverse and turn in road, England and wales took lhr and turn in road out a few years back , not sure of Scotland and republic/south of Ireland
Have you any test routes for Coleraine... I pass 10 years ago in Dill Road with one minor... I'm booked to do a TDL test in Coleraine and wondering is it better to wait for a different test in Balmoral seeing I know the roads in Belfast
