Want some inspiration for DIY projects? I've got a few ideas to share with you - mostly using paper, cardstock and other supplies you find at a well-stocked creative office. The main attraction will surely be cards, but I also do boxes and decorations for holidays and parties. I do 1-2 theme parties a year and the preparations will most definitely be featured on the channel - the preparations are half the fun of any theme party, don't you think?

Hi Zenne, I love these birds and found your hints and tips very helpful. I too, like you HATE left and right etc - I call myself a "sided dyslexic" - forever getting them muddled and easier just to wing it - pardon the pun!! Thank you sooo very much for this video. I just dug out these dies out and wondered where to start! You talked about a sheet that has some additional info from Tim Holtz about these sets. Maybe a cheat sheet of-how the different windows will look on different houses, i believe you said. Or something like that. Can i get a copy of that sheet or tell me where to download it from? I think I know the sheet you are talking about. I will move up my house-building-plans, so I can show you. I was thinking of make a winter house to go with a spring house I have made. I guess that will be soon - I do have plenty of winter weather to inspire me at the moment. I will try to fit it in later this month.

She has a loss kneecap and needed to see a specialist since she had a few painful episodes. We are hoping it was a coincidence she had three episodes in 8 days. She has been alright for a week now. We are hoped it is over.
I made some of these but added an extra couple of rings, in plain black card under the acetate & top ring. I wanted the bits to move around easier. Thanks for Sharing. I love your ideas. 💗😃🌸
I totally get your need for more movement. Since I was making 12 I did not have the patience for making a deeper shaker wheel. I am so glad to have inspired you.
Are you thinking of the svg files? If so then no. Mostly because I haven’t needed them yet. After the new village die-set came out I wonder if it will be better to make the svg to fit the smaller format. But then again for weddings should things not be bigger? I do like the size of this original make, I am afraid a smaller version would be underwhelming.

I usually only make flat envelopes, as I'm not too good at making boxes. So this is great for my cards with extra ephemera on them, thanks for sharing. P.S I really like your videos.😃🌸

Hi @crazygeekcrafter Can the Missees dies fit in the Sizzex sidekick cutting machine? It’s a mini die cutting machine. I don’t know the width of the missees body.
I ask sorry for the wait! I was away from home for some summer relaxation. I have now checked and the head of my missees ‘Betty’ seems to fit through the sidekick, but below her shoulders there it gets too wide. Some of the hair pieces seem to wide as well. But! You gave me an idea, I will try to make a missees card using only my sidekick, then I can test out how much is possible. It will not air this month, but I should be able to fit it in for July. I hope you can hang on till then.
Using your "green glitter paper" for Christmas trees was a great idea. I think this challenge really forced a lot of us out of our comfort zone. For some reason I don't mind an inky mess, but not a glittery mess. I think because it's easier to contain and clean up ink.
I think it was good to try glitter again, but it is going back in my drawer. I have accepted that I always have stains on my hands, but glitter makes me feel itchy. Just like when I've had my hair cut, I feel like it is everywhere.
Thanks! I really think the black made the biggest impact. That just changed the entire look and it started to look like one piece as opposed to 10 different things glued together.
Thank you so much. It did take me a while to get the shape and size just right. The scorelines have been a huge problem when I have used the bigZ, so I was relieved myself to find a fix for it. I am thinking that I'll have to try and make one with the new village collection, but I fear that the size will be underwhelming.
I will save the window insides for brick work on the corners of the houses when I am decorating the homes. You did a great job on organizing, love how you did it similar as mine. 😁👍

Thank you so much. I cant promise any more work on this project till Januar. But I may pull out another house related project that I didn't get to finish last year.
