So I hope you like what you find here because I love playing the games and making the content, it's become a real fun hobby and passion of mine.
Here you'll hopefully find ideas, fun and inspiration around the games I play. I'll primarily focus on House Flipper, Planet Zoo, Atlas, Ark: Survival Evolved. As well as that I'm also playing No Man's Sky and always on the look out for great new games that give me the chance to build (cz that's a lot of what I love).
If you do have any game suggestions too - definitely let me know.
I love the nittygritty detailing stuff, so this episode was a feast for me ❤ PS: I'm not into theme parks and I def keep watching and playing Planet Zoo. But I'll get the game just to test out all the new building/pathing + water, scaling etc. mechanics.
I don't plan on playing Planet Coaster 2, my go-to theme park game is always going to be Roller Coaster Tycoon. So personally, I'm looking forward to more PZ videos on the channel! I'll probably still watch your PC content, but your wonderfully detailed PZ builds is why I'm here :)
Thanks Siri. Yeah I'm certainly hoping to bring that same level of detail to whatever I do in PC. I'm also thinking I'll keep going with PZ for sometime
I love the planet zoo content, but I would also watch planet coaster! Seeing your creativity helps me find inspiration, would love to see those build kits on the workshop! Regarding planet coaster, I find theme parks fun, but there’s something so cozy about building a zoo that you don’t really get at a theme park, and Tigidou kind of exemplifies that cozy feeling. That being said, a theme park also kind of lets you go wild with build and theme ideas, so that content would be fun to watch too, just in a slightly different way!
Thanks for sharing! Yeah I know what you mean. I do love the cozy feeling of it being all quite small scale and wonder how (if at all) I'll be able to achieve that in Coaster. I guess we'll have to wait and see :)
Always love the detail and thought you put into your builds, it's lovely! I'm exclusively a Planet Zoo player (Planet Coaster just doesn't appeal to me the same, I don't care about making theme parks personally) but I do enjoy watching people's build videos from both games. I just really enjoy seeing people's creativity and find a lot of inspiration from that.
Thanks very much. That's one thing I imagine will continue into whatever I build in Coaster too, I think that detailing is just me. We're so lucky to have games like this that let you pour creativity into them, I guess they kinda just provide the canvas
Just do what you feel like doing. I like the planet zoo vidoes and i would not mind seeing you built a park in planet coaster but at the end of the day its up to you.
Thanks Dylan... yeah I think there's where my current thinking is tbh. I think I'll probably get caught up in the hype for Coaster but don't want to compromise on Tiguidou just for the sake of it. Even if we pause a bit on Tiguidou, but for now there's plenty more to come and lots of ideas flowing! :) There's also a load of things I'm part way through on Zimba that I need to share
I know these types of videos don't usually perform well on YT, but I personally love seeing all of the little details you add. The before and after at the end is awesome!
It takes a bit of time to get used to the controls but really everything else is just about your imagination and patience. I'm obviously a massive fan of the game though and would 100% recommend to anyone to give it a go as it's rare to find games that have such an open sandbox nature.
If you want to stop enrichment items changing the terrain, just pop down a circle of path firsr, then the enrichment item, then delete the path and bingo! No terrain change!
Salut Phil. You're going to tell yourself that this is nothing new! I was captivated and fascinated by the creation of the stream and all the details you brought to the table. Once again, a superb episode rich in demonstrations. 😮😮👍👍🏆
Beautiful exhibit! I love everything you've done here. I also use Freebuild asone of my only mods (the others being animals) and I justify it the same way you do! We see amazing things done in zoos that the freebuild mod can accomplish, so I think it's valid.
i ve tested that idea and the guest dont even need to enter through the gate to make it work, the gate just needs to be there. o would also advise to always give the guests a different route, cuz if i didnt, they got stuck a lot.
@@Toves I thought the same but it ends up looking much better when you get used to it. The only thing it’s worse at is furniture options and houses. But that’s only because it’s had no dlc yet, only a few free updates
Thanks very much. It depends a lot on the build, this one was actually quite quick but I tend to have a few ideas and habitats being tinkered with at the same time. It tends to be that you guys see it when it's been through several rounds of rework
Salut Phil, it's really superb and very well thought out. It's very interesting because I'm doing a bit of the same thing for my new zoo. I see that it works very well for you, so it should work for me too. In the meantime, thank you for this great video.🏆🏆🏆
Nice vidéo as always. Will you update your farm on the workshop ?. I think Rudy used this trick to build an island where guest could go anywhere without paths.
Salut Phil. It's really superb! The transformation is magnificent. Bravo for the lighthouse! It reminds me of one on the Breton coast, in the Côtes d'Armor. And finally, thank you for thinking of people with reduced mobility. 🏆🏆🏆
You have to click and hold your left mouse button then pull back or push up on the mouse to raise and lower the path. There are cases where if you have two path ends at different heights that the game will try and "auto fill" that gap if you click to add path between the space too, and that can be useful sometimes
This zoo is coming together nicely. I must say that you are putting in a lot of effort to make it look realistic. I can't wait to see what you have in-store for us next... great job, keep it up! Loving the Zoo ♥
So is this in the game or is it a dlc? I just spent 50 bucks on this and haven't played it yet cause i work all week and have no time. Saturday I'm checking it out, I'm just excited to play it because zoo tycoon was my game as a kid i loved it. I'm really hoping i dont have to buy more stuff, i bought it just for these interactions, its not the money it's the principle.
The animal interactions themselves are in the base game but some of the animals guests interact with are DLC only and some are base game. You will see them do it for things like the lemurs though (which are base game)
I’ve just found your channel through an old tutorial video and i was so glad to see youre still posting. you’re doing great man, love the vids, keep it up 😇
I was watching and thinking perhaps if you were to say make little color changes in the accessories like the rug being green and maybe the cabinets being tan it would accommodate the vision board coloring. Therefore bumping up your payout a bit. Idk it was just a thought.
