In all seriousness, he's absolutely been losing weight and working hard to do so because he has his first child on the way and wants to be healthy for him. And as far as keto goes he's more strict than even keto. He's doing what's called NSNG or no sugar no grain. Most people on keto use keto pasta and keto bread he has meat and leafy green vegetables and that's about it.

Interesting take. I (the dad) actually thought mine was too similar. In reality, he and I are super close and just enjoy busting chops. (I only mention that so you understand that it's never out of disrespect) That said I do see disrespectful kids in public and I understand what you're saying.
I'm a little older, there wasn't social media when I was in school. For me people I didn't hang out with sent friend requests. Then when we didn't agree on stuff they'd unfriend me. I just didn't care because they weren't my real friends.

Honestly we are really close. I busted chops with both of my sons. They become bully proof because of it. I basically raised two Gen X kids in the 2000's

I had those every year at Halloween and Christmas. I think they went away around the same time as red pistachios (red and green at Christmas time) I can't find those anymore
