My tags are double sided how do you print double sided tags with it?

i dont know what i did wrong i attached them after hiding the square , printed, and when it got to cutting it was cutting the letters and not the outline( shirt template). why?

Great! I plan to make dividers for my planner and wanted to know exactly what setting to cut these mats. I cut "acrylic art paper" for the first try. There is no setting I could find for that. On the art paper, I needed 4 passes and it was still a bit ragged. This is a big help, thx.
