Its a crossWALK, not a crossRUDE. Bikes must follow ALL the same rules as motor vehicles. Also, the grey truck blocked view of biker and the other guy could have thought grey guy was turning. No way to tell. Everyone was moving for this 9 second video. Thats why when crossing you look. Even if one person stops it doesnt mean everyone does.
Only pedestrians have the right of way at crosswalks. For the cyclist to receive that right of way, they need to dismount and walk their bike across. Now, with that said, it was foolish (but not really illegal) of the Jeep driver to blast right by that pickup truck without any regard that the truck might be blocking their view to something important. It could have been a kid crossing at the near crosswalk, concealed by the pickup being there.
