You need to do better research. You've omitted several facts. She burned a dress after the murders. A bucket with bloody rags was found in the basement. Her sister ended up having to do with Lizzie after they bought a mansion. Something was happening inside the home so she left. The list goes on...
Actually, Lizzie said the dress she burned had paint stains on it. After the dress was made, Lizzie rushed downstairs to show someone (can't remember if it was her father or sister) the dress and accidentally brushed up against the stair rails or walls that had just been painted. The seamstress confirmed that.

Lizzie wasn’t found with blood splatter on her or on her dress but they say that she washed her dress and cleaned herself up. That’s what I think and that’s what people think and say. And she did burn the dress she killed her dad and step mom. Maybe that she did burn the dress too.

I believe she did it ....during the time this was done it would have been so easy .....she did burn a dress and try to buy poison the day before but the pharmacy refused and go figure they died the next day ....she was in a locked house by herself with only the maid outside and during day light and the only person to not be asked about their alibi or anything in general was her illegitimate half brother but the time of his leaving doesn't really add up either and I want to know how if the step mother was dead around 930 am she had to walk up the stairs to her room in the attic ....during the times though it would have been unthinkable to hang a woman from high society .....and they actually only deliberated for 10 minutes but waited because they didn't want to feel like they rushed the judgment .....I'm sorry but I really don't agree with all of your facts

Lizzy Borden’s trial last two week, but the jury was only in deliberation for an hour and a half before coming back with a not guilt verdict. I can send you references if you would like. :)
