@2:48 why is that outside sofa faced inward to look at the bare wall when the views outward are the best part of living there? Also I think the master bedroom looks strange with the bed not centered and the ceiling all weird... @ 5:46 whats the purpose of those bars on the window? Are they there to support the screen? I mean just go to the bar area if you want to jump off the open patio so I have to assume they are for the screen. Too bad they didn't put the laundry room up on the second floor. Are all 8 parking spaces in the garage and covered? Is there a 24 hour door man? Why not show some of the amenities of the the building, like the business center, pool, exercise room, meeting room, parking garage etc... ? Overall this is a very nice penthouse and one Id enjoy living in... $144,000 pesos per year for association fees is not that bad if that's all there is...

If the house is so great why are they moving out and trying to sell it? No way you're going to have a carne asada on the terraza thats accessed thru the master bedroom.. Are you going to carry all the food and people through your bedroom? The main staircase is horrible and dangerous... Id never have such a liability in my home.
La casa está preciosa, pero quien la compre requiere mandar a instalarle un barandal de cristal reforzado, de acero, madera o yo que sé, urgentemente porque es muy necesario, el arquitecto por muy novedoso u original que se quisiera ver, o muy escultóricas fue un grave error no ponerle barandales. Conozco casos de gente que tuvo accidentes precisamente por ésa razón y eso que sólo la mitad o la tercera parte no tenía barandal y se cayeron. Yo tengo 34 años y una ocasión por un descuido mío, me resbale en las escaleras al inicio de bajar, sólo fueron 3 a 4 escalones porque logré sostenerme del barandal, pero y si no los hubiese tenido como en éste caso? Se cae uno por la orilla y se mata o termina gravemente herido. No creo que nadie quiera exponer al peligro a los niños o a cualquier miembro de su familia por unas escaleras escultóricas sin barandal.

Imagine having to carry the laundry basket up and down every other day... I agree this staircase is urgently needed a fix.

I'm sorry but I think the building is very ugly, and the apartment size is cramped and the layout is horrible... nothing about this building or apartment say luxury or exclusivity... it looks like a giant old folks home
In the master bedroom, I would never want to walk through the master closer to get to the bathroom and then have the toilet so far way... especially in the middle of the night when all I need to do is get up to pee. The glass door on the Sauna will not last very long due to the humidity and heat of the sauna and that's why most are made with cedar wooden doors, to prevent the rusting. Not my style of house... I hope the owner enjoys it though
Si fuera de concepto abierto estaría genial, le cambiaría ese lambrin que no se ve bien por herrería y los pisos del área social y cocina los dejaría parejos del mismo tono estilo para darle una mejor vista y el espacio debajo de la escalera igual con un buen herraje lo haría una caba se vería mucho mejor
San Miguel está sobrevalorado, el centro está bien y fin. Lo están haciendo todo carisimo, gracias a qué le sacan millones a los extranjeros. Pozos va por el mismo camino, sacar a la gente
Que pequeño patio, parece de Infonavit y se desperdicia mucho espacio

@ 5:30 it will take a minimum of 4 buckets of roof sealer $5,000 pesos each year to seal the roof... His house is all glitter but no soul IMHO.. I guess its nice now, until it slides off the side of the hill in super heavy rains .. just ask Nora in Monterrey 😂
Que hermosa casa, las habitaciones secundarias están fantásticas y es verdad mezcla el estilo clásico con el contemporáneo perfectamente. Ésa cava está impresionante y excelsamente bien hecha con piedra de cantera para mantenerla a buena temperatura para los vinos y licores que allí estarán guardados. Saludos, excelente video!
Esta chido, uno lo piensa bien pero cuando esta amueblada imagina que esos 10 millones se convierten en 13 o 14 y no se gastan ni 1 millon en amueblarla xd
