Hello, is this an old refurbished one or is it one of the newly made ones by some company in texas(?) I think? I search for one in europe, impossible to find...
Interesting - At Genesis Gym, London UK they have the bicep curl, the tricep extension and the prone leg curl. I think having the row would be pretty sweet.
Bom Dia , Meu Nome é Ricardo Alexandre, Minha Lingua é o Português, Sou do Brasil Você Tem o Video do Peitoral Inclinado c/ Rolete de Bateria de Peso Tijolinho da Marca Flex ? Muito Obrigado
I bought all 7 mag bars off their website. One of the best training investments I ever made ! Now,if I only knew the name of the artist and song in the beginning of this video! 🤷♂️Anybody?
I used one for bicep na i thought load it up ... oh how wrong was I at the end of set 3 of 5 . I could only manage 5 kg on any peg position ... this is now in my routine but I'll only do biceps now once a week . This equipment is brutal and as the guy says you'll have more blood in them arms than any other workout. Days later I'm still pumped . Brilliant piece of kit
Life is too short! Splurge! Buy all 7 like I did! You won't regret it!! I use these on my TDS lat pulldown machine I bought and set it up in my 1 bed apt. Absolutely 💯% great!!
Joel, thank you for the review. I am thinking about purchasing a "Duffalo Bar". I cant low bar squat anymore with a straight olympic power bar. I get elbow and bicep pain that is excruciating . I have a "buffalo bar" and that works fine ;however with the more pronounced bend in the DUFFALO BAR I believe it would even more comfortable on my elbows and bicep. Your thoughts ?
Thanks for the video. How do you find this compares with loading up a sled? I guess setup time should be a lot better and your not scavenging all the available 45s... I just pick up a vintage on from the 60s. Hoping to be able to add a longer rope to it and use it in places that wouldnt take kindly to sled tracks.
@@AndrewFrancisFreeman Well mostly well. Though I find I get a surprising amount of flack for what I hook it too. The first time out for example I attached it to the base of a massive light post (over head lights at a baseball feild.) Park rangers stopped. Worreid I'd pull the pole down. LOL This thing was bolted down with 1" bolts. I guess I should have been flattered...
Great video as always Joel. I think I'm going to try and program some of these this week as part of a de-loading week. My body indicated it was time to do so this morning :)
