I am a 67 year old retired lady, I live with my husband of many years and my younger son. We live in Kentucky because I wanted somewhere cooler than Ariz. when my husband retired. I have never had the chance to see so much wild life and I just love it.
Hello! So nice to see Ms Marble eating her kitty treats!! 😻Thank you as always and your husband's efforts!! 👍 Sweet Vincent is such a sweetie and waits his turn. Bob is fast becoming one of my favorites!! 💘
Wow! Quite the crew you've got there. Although I'm subbed, it's been a bit since I last checked in. Not only has your membership grown (which is great!) but, so has your extended raccoon family. Congrats and thank you for taking care to feed them as well as allowing us to watch.
Let's not forget the flies are also getting fed, they are so small it goes unnoticed, but it looks like theyre finding some juice or something also to eat
That is not the intent but you are right, they go after the fruit first. We do have a tower of sticky made with a upside down tomato cage and fly paper, that helps quite a bit.
Hello! Good for you kind lady trying to get Crook Tail away from the treat dish so Ms Marble can get her protein! If she keeps getting first dib; the other cats will never get any. She will keep at it. Thank you.🎁 I know you're trying your best but Ms Marble and Vincent are not dominant felines; they will always allow a dominant cat to intrude and take over.
Hello Everyone! Just love it when Vincent and Ms Marble get first bites from the treat dish at least. Once Crook Tail gets in there; it's a done deal. Cats will be cats. Thank you again for the "extra" care you put into caring!!! Thank you too husband for taking it out onto the gazebo. That's a lot of work as well.🌟
Hello! Oh those damn flies are truly "pests" . We get those irritating fruit flies. I clean all the fruit so as to remove any eggs or stragglers. Ms Marble is a darling to watch! I 💘 U sweet girl! 💓
Not unless it is thanksgiving...lol . They get kibble, hot dogs, hard boiled eggs, grapes, bananas sometimes apples, peanuts and some cereal and cookies that they usually eat first.
Hello! Oh! Chicken is soooo good for them! Lots of dlish protein and tasty too! Just look how good Vincent looks! Many prayers said for him. Oh that Crook Tail is a meany hitting Vincent like that.😠 He's such a sweetie and never fights back! She/he is a dominant feline for sure. Rather than risk injury; the others must patiently/safely wait until Crook Tail has had her/his fill.
Hello Everyone! Oh so happy Sweet Precious Ms Marble got a special treat! She deserves as much loving care as possible...She's earned it in her advancing years! She needs a steady source of protein. I have a 20-1/2 YY Yoshi and 6 months ago when I took him to the vet; they found a growth by his lung. I refused to put him down! I put him on a special diet (Reveal wet food + ) and he's been eating up a storm and doing well! God bless you for doing that for Ms Marble! She's one of my favorite cats!! 🥰
They get a dish of wet kitty food, hotdogs hard boiled eggs and kibble sometimes they nibble on the peanuts and every now and then they eat some banana. They also eat whatever they can catch.
@@raccoonskittiesandopposum7348 I live in Kentucky and feed the feral cats that come up on my patio and deck. I feed the special kitty wet food and 9 lives dry. I also will scramble eggs for them sometimes since I have chickens. Occasionally I will give them some canned sardines as a treat. I am working on live trapping them to get them all spayed and neutered. There are 9 adult cats and 4 kittens. I also have raccoons and possums that come to eat. I have had foxes on my front porch before eating the cat food. Thank you for taking care of these sweet kitties. I also have 8 cats of my own that live in my shop and detached garage. They are all rescue cats.
Used to have a porch full of stray cats and raccoons I would feed in an old apartment. The rent went up so high i had to move and I miss watching them all happily munching away. Sometimes a few would walk in the front door and if I stayed still they would explore for a while then head back out to the river nearby.
@@raccoonskittiesandopposum7348 She and the many other ferals are blessed to have you and your husband feeding them. It would be a whole different set of sorrows had you not provided nutrition for them. I just pray she doesn't suffer in the end.😭
