I missed how offshoring creates more jobs like technology does. I agree technology and AI do but I don't have a clue how offshoring jobs does the same and how it's comparable.
It's a great video! Thank you! We discussed the similar topic on our latest video but we tested Staff Augmentation and Outsourcing on two different projects and shared our results so people can choose which one works better for them

Text is often considered easier than voice communication, even without human involvement, because it allows for clearer expression, easy reference, and asynchronous communication. However, both have their strengths and are suited to different contexts and preferences. ChatGPT Not just money
Absolutely, offshore staffing indeed offers incredible resources for businesses aiming to elevate their operations. It opens up avenues for accessing talent and expertise from around the world, enabling companies to scale and innovate more effectively.
I've heard lots of talk about how slow Ph is to industrialize. Think about heavy industries like the steel mill that failed. I see it like this: Ph and many other countries are leapfrogging the old industrialization process and do ITC work. Thailand does very well manufacturing for foreign companies. BPO is booming in Ph, and lots of investments are coming from Japan and elsewhere.
Yes, it is just cheap labor. It's also a tactic that companies use to circumvent pesky things like labor laws, health and safety guidelines, benefits, and treating your workers like actual human beings. Why pay a decent living wage to people in your own country when you can offshore and become chatel slave owners? I mean why bother giving back to the communities where the tax dollars your parents and the parents of your fellow citizens paid to raise and educate you till adulthood. It's not like you benefited from a society that had businesses who operated locally and nationally and mostly employed labor in their own country keeping the income in the country where it could be used to fuel your home countries economy. Why would you want to do that when you can siphon economic prosperity to other countries screwing over your own home country in the process while keeping all of the cost savings to yourself as increased profits. I mean who wants people having jobs in your home country to buy food, rent, goods and services that in turn fuel the employment of more people and do on and so forth when a that economic output can be consolidated and held in your business owners bank account doing nothing useful? But don't worry because that money held in rich aholes bank account will eventually trickle down to everyone else after they buy another yacht right? Folks. Think globally, but hire locally. Comparative advantage is just something conservative economists made up to justify bad business behavior that puts profits ahead of people. If someone starts talking about comparative advantage or shareholder supremacy to justify globalization, call them out on their nonsense.
Absolutely... Not. Period. End of. The number of times i have had a chat bot completely fail to solve problem far exceeds the number of times that it has actually worked. please give me a customer service rep i can always tell when i get a bot

Idk they demanded their cut of a gig within 6 hours of my bid being picked. Warned that my account would be closed if I didn't pay them right away. I didn't even get paid out or start the gig yet. I left after seeing many reddit posts about this and other random fees months after they save your card info.
Hi @foxxmulder3564. I understand your frustration. It's indeed unfair that they demanded payment before the gig even started. Given the concerns about random fees and saving card info, reaching out to the platform's support team to clarify payment policies is a good idea. If you've already left, I hope you've found an alternative platform with more transparent and fair payment practices. Thanks for your comment!
