Hi bro, I have recently saw a video which is telling companies will create pf account after accepting the offer. And it will cause overlap issue when we join other company. Does it really occurs. Does it mean we should not try for other companies, and the worst part is even before providing the offer companies are asking for documents. No law for privacy and safety
No.. PF account is created after you joined the company as part of onboarding process. Offer latter is like an agreement. just like how we accept offer and look for other companies.. companies also will look for cheaper candidates and can revoke the offer. so they won't create PF until you join the company.
