Thank you for this easy to digest video...am learning about the energy of tarot and the visualization with this without all the usual RU-vid fluff/clickbait...it feels different finding this and how much this hits ❤
The energies of the cards made sense even as you venture into different stories. I'm not sure how to explain what I've learned, but it's easier to feel
Thank you for both of your comments. Everybody has different styles and we're all busy. I'm glad you appreciate a direct, no-fluff approach. That was my goal because that's how I like to learn. Thanks so much for watching and reaching out!
Oh my god! I am soooo thankfull that I found you here! You explain it so good and perfect and every example that you share helps me to remember them better. AND the question? They are just AMAZING!🥰
Thank you so much. As I said in the video, I doubted my skills for a long time because I didn't have the "normal" type of skills. I didn't want other people to feel the same way. I truly appreciate your comment. Thanks for watching and supporting this channel.
I totally agree about the challenge of waiting on your own thought process regarding your interpretation. For example I sat with a reading recently where I pulled the 10 of Cups (beautiful card) the most beautiful one in the deck (to me), and the interpretation I finally settled on is when someone thinks you’re quite beautiful or attractive, when the classic interpretation is more to do with family, kids or marriage.
Email me at LearnTarotWithSue@gmail.com. Give me the background information and the cards you pulled (including whether you used a spread). I will do a reading for you as long as you're okay having it posted on this channel. (I'll change your name for privacy.)
OT this card in reverse reminds me of M. J. They talk about him writing his manifesto age 21, in 1979 or so. He wrote he wanted to be all of the best of all the best actors rolled into one. He wanted to be a perfectionist. He was. He wanted to be a new person. He was so rich, talented in the music field. Loved and admired by many. He never got to act other than music videos as far as I know. He had it all but not what he wanted. RIP. IMO
I love your example. It also makes reading tarot so much easier when you have a personal connection to the card. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
Excellent analysis! I agree 109% and I picked up something else. I think that the two towers appearing in the Death card and Moon card are significant. I read the whole thing as the leader of the group or queen bee could see the jealousy situation coming from miles away, and that the jealousy indicated in the Moon card is the full reason for the exclusion. However the Ten of Swords showed me something a bit different. Something played out on social media where the querent posted or said something that upset someone and or that it is really the social media aspect of things that bother the querent when we don’t have the full picture. It could be the querent’s own jealousy that prevents her from perceiving the truth. She’s only able to see what’s on social media and not seeing the truth of the situation. That’s my take.
Thank you for this content. I wonder if you can make a video of summarising different spreads that you think are helpful, can be used in many situations. I see that you used different spreads with different positions for each card
Thank you for another amazing video. I learnt from you when reading patiently because I have a fear of having nothing in my head while doing reading, and being silent during the reading LOL Recently I've come across the interview of Eckhart Tolle talking about the power of now, which teaches us about being silent and clear our thoughts, so that the clarity can come in. I think this fits me so much because my mind goes crazy with thoughts about meaning of the cards when it comes to a spread, with the fear of having nothing to say
First of all, thank you for your comment. I think that having our minds go blank is the most stressful part of reading tarot. That's why I like RWS decks because, if I can't connect with my intuition and forget all the meanings, I still have decent images to act as a trigger. I am familiar with Eckhart Tolle and glad you are finding him helpful. I have tried reading a couple of his books and found them extremely hard to get into. Thanks for commenting and supporting this channel!
This was a very interesting spread, and I learned a lot of your sometimes more unusual or creative interpretation. That is precisely what I need when I struggle with the meaning of the cards! Thank you so much!
You're welcome! I agree that my interpretations can be "creative" and sometimes really doubt myself. I truly appreciate your comment and supporting this channel.
I love the insights you get from each card and how you break it down for each person that the question is dealing with. I never comment, I think I might have one other time on another of your videos. That's how good I think you are. Thanks 😊
I really appreciate your comments. I never comment on RU-vid videos either so it is high praise! I'm glad you are getting benefit from the videos; they have been a labor of love for sure. Thanks so much for your lovely comment and for supporting this channel.
❤I'm really curious about the Three of Swords because I would have expected it to be part of the Cups suit rather than Swords. I get that heartache can feel like a stab to the heart, but isn't heartache more of an emotion, which seems like it would fit better with Cups? Just wanted to share some random thoughts as I continue my novice studies of these mystical cards. Would love to hear what others think about this!
You raise good points. Swords are about thoughts and our thoughts create our emotions. As an example, let's say that your boss yells at you. You could think that he's a terrible person and is yelling at you because your work is inferior and he knows that you are incompetent. That would cause a 3 of Swords moment. Or you could think that he wants the best for you and, although his delivery sucked, he knows you could do a better job and he wants the best for you. That would be create more of a cup-like experience. Does that make sense? Thanks for watching and commenting!
Wow the part 3 cups representing 3 following cards is amazing. That deepens the meaning so much. I have learnt a lot from you through this series. And the Death card explanation of 4 approaches to Death is awesome. Thank you for your work❤
I really appreciate your comments. As I said in the video, interpreting the three cups this way was pretty weird but it seemed to fit. I'm really glad that you are enjoying the videos and learning from them. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Oh I did not notice the symbolism of half sun in The Fool card comparing to full sun in The Sun card. That's so interesting. It gives more meaning in the reading when you know more about the symbolism in the card
Thanks so much. I post three videos per week and new ones are already uploaded into mid-August. Thanks so much for your comment and supporting this channel.
Sue! I love your channel so much. I refer to your analysis in my own channel that I just started this week! You are a rock star and inspiration me. Thank you for pointing out how the figure is holding swords by the blades! To me, this could signify the following: In combination with his confident/smiling disposition, yellow background, and that he does not seem wounded, it could mean he is making a difficult choice in a difficult way, therefore showing how badly he needs to/wants to make that choice.
I think shutting down the critical mind is the problem for all of us. It does get easier with practice, but I think it will always be a challenge for me. Thanks so much for watching and your kind comment.
This was very interesting! I would have interpreted the two of cups differently , more positive, and would have been confused about how this would match with the other cards.
Thank you for this enlightening reading. I admire your creativity with spreads adjusted to a situation. So easy and clear! My heart goes out to Margaret and her family. Wish them all the best.
