It was very effective for maintaining my weight. My issue while fasting was hair loss. I couldn't find that happy medium. The eating window was 11am-7pm. Any suggestions?

I’m 61 & started intermittent fasting when I retired in my mid 50s. I eat between 8 am & 4 pm. I eat plant based as much as possible,low sugar & no red meat.
