Well for all that hasnt wasted their time and money at this experimental disaster. Consider going to another Chic fil A store for awhile, and let the corporate people get this place into shape....the service is extremly slow and the food quality is below par....so dont throw your time and money away....visit a another location ....just fyi

I've been hearing stuff about this place, and I'm interested to see how it works. But now that I've seen this video, I'm more interested in how much this dude sounds like Shock G. If this video had started out with "stop whatcha doin' 'cause I'm about to ruin the image and the style that you're used to," it would've fit so perfectly.

I literally walked by this Chick Fil-A back in June when they were still constructing it. There was a construction worker who waved at me and to the camera too! I am blown away, this is legendary... Thanks for sharing this historic video Elton!
So strictly drive through? I was in Savannah recently and went to a Chic Fila where they had no inside dining, but walk up windows to order, with a few tables with umbrellas if you wanted to sit outside to eat.
In Commercial retail real estate NNN space for over 20 years. Pre-covid QSR restaurants about 70% would dine in. Now it's the opposite. That's why commercial parcels under 3/4 an acre are almost useless ( small coffee like to go on them or oil change places). Every QSR wants 2 to 3 lanes drive thru now. Personally any place that forces me to drive thru with no sit down option I am not giving them my business. There is nothing fast or cheap about fast food anymore. I can basically eat much higher quality food at a sit down restaurant and pay close to the same price now. There used to be a huge gap between fast food pricing and casual sit down dining. That is gone now pretty much. Sure you have to tip most often when eating in but drive thru food gets luke warm by the time you get home unless you eat it right away.
