Just a bit of additional reasoning around the exhaust. We chose 28.5mm OD 26mm ID seamless tube for the following reasons. With a trials bike the objective is slow. With this we need low RPM torque. To help with low RPM torque maintaining air flow velocity through the carb and pipe is a huge advantage. The muffler has been moved back behind the shock like modern trials bikes, because of this we went the long way around the engine as longer pipes add to touque.

Morning what's the advantage of the pipe coming back on the left had side then crossing over?

We needed to add length for torque, so we went the long way around. With the chain and sprockets on the left there is no room. Additional if we want to quieten it down we can build another muffler in the area above the swing arm pivot.

Just wondering how much weight you removed?

I haven’t got it back to weighing yet. It will be in a future video.

The pitting on the Hard Chrome could be filled with Super Glue? Even JB Weld or "Knead-It" Looking forward to the Finished Bike. Cheers.

Early stages with the big bore. I am going through the options at the moment. As I have 2, I will probably do 2 options.
