I dont feel safe. I was in high school when the DC10 crashed and exploded in a huge mushroom cloud of flames outside of O'Hare Airport. The school was partially slid off its foundation from the impact about half mile away. Plus you dont know if the pilot had a liquid breakfast.
You are probably talking about American 191 which is a dc-10. During takeoff, engine 1 flew off because of ground crew error and banked uncontrollably into a hanger, killing everyone on board. What a tragic incident 😭
Let's admit had you know the size restrictions prior to going and making a decision on prepaying your carry on pricethis would have made a difference in your posting. You educated many because you did not do your home work to educate yourself on the does and don't. With all said I don't see this being an Avelo issue at all!! For this it's a big thanks for the review‼️😁
We were on a flight that landed few minutes early and seated somewhere waiting for a open gate to get off plane. Finally after 15 minutes we slowly rolled into a gate . Was coming from Boston after a longest flight and now we have to wait for our turn to pick up our bags! We have to wait for the New York passengers to finish before our turn. The taxi driver was waiting for over an hour for us ,now we headed into Honolulu in the evening rush hour rolling along on H-1 😅
Great footage! Glad they managed to get in on the third try and avoided diverting to OGG. I’m sure that was quite the tense landing when it finally happened 😂.
Right when you check in at the front desk you will drop your bags off. They’ll tag them and load them onto the plane. Upon arrival, the bags will be offloaded and set outside the aircraft for passengers to pick up. That’s how it worked for me in San Diego and Las Vegas. Other airports may differ.
I was literally in Hawaii a week before April 14th and the weather was so nice I guess I got lucky with that. Anyway that was pretty incredible 2 go around been on that flight 20 times from New York and never went around once.
When I was younger, it was much more common for passengers to clap. I personally don't mind. In this situation, I think it's because it was the third approach and many passengers were looking forward to their vacation.
What a fantastic review Gaston! I had no clue Air France was operating A320s in the Caribbean...Guess I have a trip to look forward to when I eventually make my way to St Maarten
@@phlyingdoctornice reply lol😂 I’m going to PVR next week and mine is a 737- max 8 from JFK to Mexico City then connecting to another flight that’s from Mexico City ti Puerto Vallarta do you know is if this the same one that goes from the US JFK to Mexico City I was expecting the seats to be a bit better like the ones that you can lay down like a bed. I’m guessing it has to be the same. In all 737- max 8 flights.
@@Zura-_-Maru Aeromexico’s narrow body fleet does not have lay flat business class seats. Still, it’s an enjoyable seat and I’d be interested to see how your meal is. Enjoy the flight and time in Puerto Vallarta!
That’s correct on flights headed to the states or Canada. A secondary inspection was done right before I boarded the aircraft at the gate. They’ll check for liquids in volumes greater than 3 ounces.
First flight that I boarded, but ended up not taking, was a 757-300 (75Y). However, the seat map I put in the video was incorrect. Second aircraft I boarded the next morning was a 757-200. Good catch.
@thailandrose2603 As of May 2024, zero fatalities have occurred related to Dreamliner incidents. How many deaths have occurred involving the car you drive?
It’s not called “premium economy” but the airline does refer to their comfort plus seats as a premium product that includes some amenities/benefits (personal power outlet, priority screening/boarding, comfort kit, etc.) not provided to basic economy pax.
@@phlyingdoctor Some airlines purposefully cloud the differences among economy, extra comfort, and premium economy. No real definitions are offered. Just what soes premium really mean? In the end we must let our wallet be our guide. Learn the hard way by trying something new and see for yourself if it is worth the extra money. Of course, that is why we viewers are so interested in these RU-vid videos. Alas, many provide little more clarity because the video-maker's themselves are still as confused as the rest of us.
I agree and appreciate your input and feedback. I'll do what I can in future videos to provide more information on what is or is not included in the seat.
liked the video, I'm considering the same seats and wanted to know if you remembered if there were underneath storage in front of you? SeatGuru says no storage but in your video, I did see some bags in front, but wasn't sure if they were yours. Appreciate it!
Thanks for the question. If they were bulkhead seats (I honestly can’t remember) then there is no storage. The shot you probably saw was pre-flight or mid-flight.
Depends on the length of the flight and your height. The free alcoholic beverages and selection of a few different snacks that Main Cabin doesn't get are trivial in my opinion.
@@jacobs4985 I’d say it’s probably not worth the extra $300. You could easily buy yourself a meal and drink at the airport and still have extra money leftover. The other consideration would be a connecting flight. Comfort+ seats are closer to the front of the aircraft, and allow you to get off the plane before main cabin. Again, this is somewhat of a trivial benefit.
