Hi I visited your RU-vid channel. Really nice video. I like it. But your video SEO score is very low, Tags, descriptions, and titles are not perfect, If you want to grow your channel and increase your video views, then video SEO is very important. If you give me permission to fix the above-mentioned issues of your channel, your channel will get organic traffic, increase subscribers & views

They are reflective of height, so everyone will use different sizes! I am 5’ 9” so I like the larger diameter, the smaller ones don’t do well with my frame

I myself had a similar revelation a couple years ago. Ever since, I've seen more and more evidence of so many people coming to these insights, but each persons individual revelation is from a slightly different perspective, as well as limited by each persons individual abilities to interpret and communicate those intuitions. I see it as nothing short of a mass awakening that is occurring as the equal and opposite reaction to the proverbial Killing of God. Terrence McKenna calls this idea the Archaic Revival, when civilization loses its way and things fall apart we return to a time when things made more sense, and marry those traditions with a different vision of the future. Jordan Peterson illustrates this nicely in his lecture on the Egyptian Myths of Osiris and Horus. And I see so many of these awakenings occurring all over the place and many people call this type of thing a "phase shift" or "reality shift". It is conclusively a paradigm shift and it seems to be happening organically, not in a coordinated manner, but like a hillside of flowers beginning to bloom, each bud swelling to burst when its ready. Its exhilarating to experience and see! Thanks for sharing your experience

Finally a short hair jit jitsu video! i can't believe i hadn't seen this sooner lol i've been looking a while. I'm growing out a pixie, which is honestly kind of hair with jiu jitsu because i'm right at the stage where people accidently pull / pinch / grab my hair and it's in my eyes, but not long enough for a pony tail yet! Thanks for the video.

Doesn't work this way bro. If u wanna do propper pushups stick to easier variations like inclined pusbups or knee pushups and as u gain strenght u can start dping normal pushups. Personally i never 8sed to be able to do even one pushup bit now i can do 30 in a row withe ease

In no way is this meant to be offensive but most these people are overweight and want to do the band assisted while doing knee pushups I think at least otherwise I don’t know cuz I was severely overweight and I did at least 20 pushups

Very good video. Many people ignore their connective tissues when they train heavy. Then when they are injured it can turn out to be very damaging. If you don't mind suggestions, I would look into doing Baduan Jin (8 Brocades) Qigong. This routine is 8 exercises that actually works and strengthens tendons, ligaments, bones strength (to include the spine), joints and organs. This routine can be done in 30 minutes. Many martial artists use this to help build and recover from martial arts training. Okinawan karate masters stated this was vital in recovery and enabled them to train into their 90s. It can also increase martial power. Short term results in 2 to 3 months, long term results you will see in 2 to 3 years. Mimi Kuo-Deemer has a course on Vimeo titled: "An introduction to Qigong: Practice and Principles, a 6-Week Course". She goes over the health and martial benefits. You can also go for the martial version by Sifu Lan Yei . The online course will be under 'Longevity Qigong'. Just do the routine 5 to 6 times a week. That's key. Baduan Jin, being holistic approach to over all bone, tendon, ligament strength can only add to your tool box and training as it will add to your martial power. Hope you don't mind the suggestion. Keep up with the videos, take care of that shoulder, and never stop training! I think jiu-jitsu is a great example of learning to enjoy the process. Like you said, it takes a long time to progress through the belts and there's just A LOT to learn about it to build your game. Since I started at the end of last year there have been various circumstances that have made me develop patience toward meeting my goals. Things like family time obligations, availability for classes, pursuing other interests, injuries, general limits on how much your body can train, availability of partners, etc. I find that if there's a newer person in class (especially a female) I'm often paired with them and I can feel ambivalent because on one hand I do enjoy being in more of a teacher role and helping other people learn, but then I also can miss the development of myself that comes from getting more reps or learning more details of the movements that come with a more experienced partner. So, I've been focused on learning what I can and trying not to be frustrated with my end goals drifting further out time wise. Parenting is another area where having a mindset of enjoying and trusting the process is important too. Thanks again for sharing, maybe someday you'll achieve my creepy crawly lover level and just let the spiders hang out inside (though if we catch a giant house spider it does go outside....) 😆

I kept getting distracted by how awesome that wall hanging is in the background... but, I love that you started doing this. I agree that adaptability is so important and definitely find myself frustrated with googling info for certain family members that have had trouble learning newer technology. I identify with being the type of person that loves to learn. I think that has developed even more as an adult and I find myself wishing sometimes I had the same interest level now as I did in my school days, though I did enjoy school too. It's also good to bring out the concept of the thought/feel/movement triangle and how one thing can effect all the things. That reminds me of something I admire about Bruce Lee, he was obviously very physically fit but he also had a huge library and would read and study and write as well. Also, I think its huge if you can know yourself well enough to find ways to best accommodate your learning and success in life. And knowing what comes easily or not to you can totally help you focus on certain things and make goals for yourself. I'm also pretty visual and have a hard time learning by just listening if I'm not able to read along or see a demonstration at the same time. I'd also say its a good practice to try and recognize how other people are too and be adaptable to communicate in ways that are effective for them. It is cool having different people with different strengths. I don't think we are supposed to be going through life alone, how much more rich can our lives be by embracing each one's own "superpower"
