As a kid, the few colors the console displayed seemed brighter and more vibrant than the colors on the Atari. Is it just me, or was that by design? I'm guessing the latter.

Of all the sketches Benny and Blanc did over the years, this was the one where Benny could NEVER keep a straight face, no matter how many times they did it.
Dallas was about the metaphysical war between two forces: greed and feeling. JR was greed and Pamela Barnes Ewing was feeling, and Pamela’s violent exit from the show ultimately suggested that greed had won. However, greed ultimately destroys JR too; who ends the series alone and despondent. He had nothing left to live for unless he could fight the forces of feeling, represented by his greatest adversary, Pam.
Just remember(whatever year you're reading this), there was a generation before us that would find this to be absolutely disgusting and sooo uNLaDy LiKe. While we now see this as pure wholesome content. just me highlighting the differences in society from 16yrs ago til today
