Hello. I currently own a Chinese version of Zeekr 001 You. I would like to take it with me to Switzerland. Will it be allowed to be imported to Switzerland based on the road safety requirements? And how will the charging work? Do I need a converter? Thank you!
We understand your concerns, but crash tests are essential for ensuring the safety of our vehicles. Both the Zeekr X and Zeekr 001 have undergone rigorous testing and achieved 5-star ratings from Euro NCAP, meeting the highest safety standards to protect you and your passengers. 🙌
The charging time is approximately 30 minutes. With the Zeekr Charge app, you can access over 650,000 charging points across 27 European countries. For more information, please visit zeekr.eu/power. 🙌

By time you can get a right hooker in UK it will be 2 more years so 50 odd thousand pounds for slower long range with the nuts one being early 60s. Or you will be able to buy a cherished 18mth old EV Porsche for same price , obviously the handling dynamics of the Porsche will be way superior , just a little more to insure . just sayin
Currently, Zeekr Europe has started to expand to other markets. We'll be announcing the next markets soon, and the UK is on our roadmap. In the meantime, sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our progress. ⚡ 🇬🇧
Will Zeekr be available through the network of Volvo in Europe? What about the X LR and a real range above 500 Km? V2LHG?Will there be spare parts in an EU-stock? I’m impressed with the level of quality of the car. How is the feedbackinteraction between costumer and Zeekr after sales?
Hi Patrick! Zeekr is available through its own network in Sweden and the Netherlands! The Zeekr X offers a range up to 445km (WLTP) and the Zeekr 001 of up to 620km (WLTP). As Zeekr Europe, we operate a Zeekr Spare Parts Warehouse located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, stocked with the most commonly needed spare parts. This facility supplies parts to all our affiliated workshops across Europe. From there, we can promptly deliver to the service center. As a customer you can always contact us through our various support systems, depending on your need. We hope this answers all your questions!
Thanks for the info. When there are only 2 EU-service centres ,it gives a certain distance in thrust between the customer and the dealer .I’m hoping that Zeekr will not become the next Link&Co-type of dealer with a zero aftersales service.
We do have multiple service locations in these two countries! In the future we will also expand to other countries, meaning our service options will expand in those countries as well. We're working towards a sustainable future for the customer!
Guys you are wasting time and losing sales. Why are you not in Norway yet? Please hurry up you got until August otherwise I am going with the Xpeng G6. Literally give us a price, release date, anything…. I talked to your booth at Oslo auto car show last winter and yeah it’s coming but no one knows when…
Интересный очень авто, рад за то что вы смогли выйти на рынок европы! Недавно каталмя в Москве на европейской версии zeekr, она приколбнее чем для китайского рынка

I really like this car. Currently driving a refresh model S Tesla and I'd consider switching to this if the china facelift version would be available here (Netherlands). Feels silly buying the current version knowing new and better (battery) tech is already available
Currently, there are no plans for the introduction of new models to the European market. However, new features and technology will certainly be introduced in Europe, though at a later stage compared to China. Development time is required to tailor the new product and technology to meet the more stringent European standards for certification and type approvals. This work will be conducted by Zeekr's European R&D Center in Gothenburg, Sweden.

what EU needs is cheaper, small EVs in the class A, B, maybe C market with a range of 300+ real km, price tagged around 30k. anything else is already covered by the EU car makers. not many ppl with money will buy Chinese luxury cars because they are conservative.
The name Zeekr is based on the Chinese name for the brand, which is roughly pronounced as Ji ké! This means 'Extreme Krypton', and sounds similar to Zeekr ⚡
Please bring the updated 2024 verison of the 001 that was released in china not long ago to Europe! The new model have moore power 785 hp! , better screens , better sound system and is facelifted so it looks much better. If that car is released in Europe im moore then willing to buy one.

I just can say after 4 months driving the 001…. NEVER EVER heard so much son sense!! The car irritates me each time I start driving as the software is a total mess!!
Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to take a look at your case; could you send us a DM through Facebook or Instagram with contact details?
I too will definitely be waiting for the 2024 model of the Zeekr 001 given the interesting updates it brings with it. Is there any news on when Zeeker will land on the German market ('coming soon' has been reported on the web site for many months...) and the Italian one?
Zeekr is expected to be available in Germany from the second half of 2024! For Italy we don't have an exact timeline yet, but we are working on this. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know! ⚡
@@Zeekr_Europe Given the current lack of updating the Tesla model Y and the probable future customs duties that will impact Chinese cars, I hope that Zeekr will be able to be quick to open dealers and propose the new 001 model in other European countries (perhaps with Pop-Up stores as recently proposed in Sweden) and don't miss the favorable window of the next few months...
These videos are cool and all but with actual market introduction in Germany moving into 2nd half of 2024, I am curious to know whether the 001 in Europe will be based on the facelifted 001 that was introduced in China on Feb 28th 2024, or still based on the 2023 model? I cannot imagine that would makes sense for Zeekr to build 2 different 001 model years on the same manufacturing line in Ningbo..

@@LambertowidesottProblem is that Zeekr have thousunds vehicle in stock in EU. Zeekr must sell first generation and than order new version for EU. This is my opinion.
We're gearing up to introduce Zeekr in Belgium shortly, and Luxembourg is also coming in the near future. Stay ahead of the curve and get all the latest updates by subscribing to our newsletter at zeekr.eu.

We're finalizing our next OTA update and currently testing it on our vehicles. Rollout to other vehicles is coming soon, so stay tuned! Also, note that our European vehicles run on a different OS than those in China, not 5.0 OS.
Nice presentation and vehicles, but when is Zeekr Germany actually going to deliver them? In summer 2023 they were announced, now 9 months later, not a word about the actual market start.. pity.

@@Zeekr_Europe Thanks for this info! I did receive a newsletter on Dec 22nd 2023, with a lot of generic text but no real information that potential buyers are looking for.. Okay, hope that Zeekr Germany opens up soon, and try to add the 007 to line-up as well. That car makes the Model 3 look old ;-)
When we bring Zeekr to Germany we would love to invite you for a test drive. Regarding the Zeekr 007 there are no current plans to bring the Zeekr 007 to the European market.

I saw this car on the WEF, in Davos, CH. Someone came with it.... In real life it looked absolutely stunning! Coloring, fit and finish impeccable! No panel gaps, interior beautiful. Like a Maserati or something like that! No kidding! My jaw dropped!
