Kinda wrong yet right at the same time. Vocals are from a vocal pack anyone could buy and use. This Lecrae guy did just that. He has no more claim on them than I do. Original singer of the vocals was "Foushee" and, due to the popularity of said vocals, she released an extended version herself.
@@lovelypasta Thank you so much! And no, I reached out to them to ask if they wanted it. You can do the same via Labelradar or the NCS Discord channel (demo submissions).
I have 3 more tracks to release, all 3 have been rejected by NCS. The third is currently being seen by Monstercat so there may be hope yet. Still, new release every month at least! I think will make 2 of them copyright free too.
@@aidencalvert5475 They did not. Every release for the past year, I've sent to NCS first, then monstercat a week later to give NCS priority pick. Only "Vibe" was ever accepted.
@@Spicyverse Wait, do you meant you sent every song you've released in 2024 to NCS then Monstercat? Wow, you have alot more rejected songs than I thought
Mm. Not sure what inspired this song, or when, but it seems like you and I go through things around the same time. Be well my friend. Also, enjoyed the song. As usual, keep up the good work!
I am so sorry if this track is hitting a spot or feeling due to a recent event. I can pop on Discord if you want to have a chat? Sometimes just laying it out there to another person can help.
It is a sub-genre of house known as Eurodance. It was pretty common across Europe in the 90s. If you like it, I also have "you and I" released in the same genre and another release earmarked for a August release called "Live your life".
@aidencalvert5475 "Live your life" is currently with NCS as they decide if they wish to release it or not :) They shortlisted the track a few days ago but they can have it for 4 weeks before making a final decision.
make more of these, the genre may have gone underground, but there's still people enjoying these songs, both old and new gen (new gen here) i hope these type of songs keep being released. keep up the good work!
Can't take them all I guess. Next 2 releases lined up are also tracks NCS refused. I will state if refused going forward simply to show that it happens often even to those who have already had a release through them. Give perspective to those elsewhere trying.
@thatautisticgamerr I tried Monstercat too. Only interest was much smaller labels with a few thousand subscribers here or there. If you have any other examples, I'd love to hear them!
