First off, you are so beautiful. I love the fact that you are taking responsibility for your health and you didnt get on here making a bunch of excuses, you told us where you've been slipping and how you plan to fix it. I will say I lost 80 pounds and like you said it will come down to your diet...as the poplar saying go "we cant outwork a bad diet". You were on the right track when you lost that 20 pounds...when i cut out processed foods and processed carbs (breads, sugar, sweets, pasta and processed meats then i saw major changes...ESPECIALLY when eating under 2000 calories. So try eating 1700 calories a day. Or eat really light one day and then normal calories the next and keep repeating it. Healthy carbs that can you replace those things i mentioned with are potatoes with the skin (including sweet potatoes), all fruits, beans, brown rice, peas, carrots etc and i use date syrup to sweeten things because its natural and contains fiber which blocks insulin resistance from sugar spikes. Also do half of your plate as green veggies at least every other meal. Love your video and i cant wait to see your progress! ❤
P.s. you WILL mess up sometimes but dont let that discourage you. Just jump back on track the next meal or the next day. Thats something my brother taught me and he lost over 130 pounds and have successfully kept it off for 4 years. So dont be hard on your self, give yourself grace and keep holding yourself accountable in a healthy and loving way. Self love is part of the weight loss journey
Thank you so much sis!!! And absoluetlyyyy- you can not outwork a bad diet. I've definitely been working on having a more balanced diet in general. I found that complete elimination does not work for me so I am training myself to be able to eat things in moderation and with balance so that I can sustain this as a lifestyle vs. a quick fix to drop weight which is what I've done in the past! Congratulations to you though on 80 pounds down! That's MAJOR!

I had to pause the vlog to make a comment about those 2 guys! That same thing happened to my friend’s teenage daughter…she didn’t know any better and gave the second person her info and they TRIED to drain her bank account, not realizing that she had used her mom’s card to pay, so the info didn’t match. But there were so many attempts that the bank actually contacted her mom to see if they were legit charges. So you were so smart to do what you did. And I lie about my name & other details too when I feel that people are being too nosy! You gotta protect yourself because people are crazy these days! Ok back to your vlog. 😂
