De jeugdzorglobby weet al zeer lang dat ze wetten en internationaal kinderrecht overtreden. De zogenaamde 'vrijwillige UitHuisPlaatsing' mag bij BW1:265a niet zonder machtiging van de rechter. Van kinderrecht art.24 is er recht op inhoudelijke Preventieve Voorlichting wat niet gebeurt. Ook is er bij 'meten' recht op ònbezwaarde toegang tot gezòndheidszorg die wel kan diagnosticeren, wat therapeutisch-ònbevoegde 'jeugdzorg' niét kan! De jeugdzorgketen wilde niet door de mand vallen dat ze speculeerde en insinueerde door na hun indicatie met zorgen niét te láten diagnosticeren conform dat VN-kinderrechtenverdrag artikel 24. (Wetten.nl en Kinderrechten.nl) De jeugdzorg doet tegenwoordig meer en meer zonder rechter en RvdK om zo ouders de Rechtsbescherming te onthouden. Door het niét breed (preventief) voor te lichten blijven ouders onwetend dat ze wat kunnen doen met wetten en via de rechter het echt wel beter id! (Logeren mag wel zonder jeugdzorg!). Ouders weten ook níét dat de subsidiezuchtige jeugdzorgbesturen met uitsteltactiek zorgen dat UitHuisPlaatsingen langer dan een jaar duren. Dàn móét de ouder via de rechter door BW1:253s, om kind mogelijk terug te krijgen, want de pleegsetting heeft dan blokkaderecht. De GI/BJz zal terugplaatsen met smoezen of beschuldigingen tegenhouden omdat het k8ndobject jaar in jaar uit geld oplevert. Jeugdzorgwerkers zijn therapeutisch en diagnostisch ònbevoegd maar hebben insinuatieve macht, via een blind MDO en de rechter, om te beslissen voor een schadelijke ultimum-remedium-oplossing (OTS +UHP), en... ze hebben vaak een belabberde communicatietechniek, alhoewel de goed zijn met misleiden en af te dreigen met uithuisplaatsen en gezag ontnemen; zo dwingen ze onwetende ouders 'gehoorzaam' te zijn in angst.
Interessant, de link naar onderwijs is goed (had nog meer in kunnen gaan op zorgonderwijs). De koppeling naar Mathieu Weggeman (Leiding geven aan professionals? Niet doen!) had nog sterker gekund (voor luisteraars die de desbetreffende postcast niet gehoord of gezien hebben. Want daar draait het ook vooral om. Goed dat Jos podium krijgt en de waardering. 👍

One thing that Cultural Leftists like Henry Giroux do not want people to know is Funded School Choice is a basic democratic right worldwide, as it is in most of Canada. Funded school choice is a well-recognized human right. Funding Educational Choice is required by international HUMAN RIGHTS LAW. Funding ensures all parents, rich or poor have a choice in their child’s education, be it for pedagogical, language, religious, cultural or others reasons. ALL Educational Choice, including Catholic Schools, Christian Schools, Home Schooling, Language Immersion, Classical, Jewish, Montessori, Buddhist, Waldorf, Secular, Vocational, Islamic, Christian, Reggio Emilia, Outward Bound and First Nations models of education. The International Declaration of Human Rights states in article 26.3: “Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.” The few “democratic” governments that deny funding for Educational Choice are in violation of basic human rights laws that protect all parental rights to choice regardless of ability to pay tuition fees. Sadly New Brunswick is one of the few jurisdictions that have violated parental rights for most parents, preserving the right of Educational Choice as a privilege for only those parents who can afford tuition fees. The International Declaration of Human Rights makes clear that Universal Educational Choice is for everyone in Article 2 as it assures choice is a right for all, not just a privilege of those parents who can afford tuition fees. Funded choice is further reinforced in articles 7, 18, 26, 28 and 30. In Canada, educational choice is protected under the Canadian Charters freedom of association Sec.2 d. As all non-coercive educational communities are communities based on freedom of association, monopoly funding that only privileges one government model of “school” or educational community is not only a violation of parents rights to Educational Choice under international Human Rights Law (UDHR 1948), but the rights of parents under the Canadian Charter (Sec.2 d.) in violation of parents rights to associate with parents and communities that seek similar choices in the education of their children. Intrinsically abusive “ one size fits all” now rebranded as “inclusive” monopoly funding also negatively impacts on professional freedom of association of teachers who want to work outside the“one size firs all”or“inclusive”“government” model, or start their own schools. The human rights law on universal funding for educational choice is so well-defined that individuals “inciting discrimination” against funded school choice are violating that law (see article 7, DHR) in the same manner as if they were opposed to women voting, advocating the return of slavery, or supporting racial, cultural or religious assimilation or persecution. Heerlijk te horen dat Thierry ook zijn zoontje laat genieten van klassieke muziek. Het doet iets met je ziel, een thuiskomen. Mijn - inmiddels volwassen - zoons lagen vroeger te spelen in de box en te ontdekken terwijl ik licht klassieke muziek draaide. Heerlijk. Zij geven deze muziek liefde nu door aan hen eigen Goud.

Sinds mijn 18e levensjaar een rode draad in mijn leven. Mooi portret dit. Politiek Nederland is alleen maar bezig met zijn eigen pluche en zeker niet met andere zaken. Jammer dat FVD niet goed uit de verkiezingen is gekomen. Dit intellect van Thierry mist bij de gemiddelde mens en in ieder geval bij de meeste mensen in de politiek.
