While sitting here working 3rd shift at a retirement assisted living home, and being a crocheter for 16 years now, It never ceases to amaze me at just how much I am still learning!!!😮 I put down the yarn 🧶 and needles 🪡 for a long time just due to life itself & now I am just getting back into the groove of crocheting. I see a lot of videos on social media that inspire me deeply and that I appreciate dearly but one thing I've learned is you most definitely have to have PATIENCE. If you have little to no patience, I suggest another hobby because you will have to have PATIENCE for crocheting! Most definitely! But after you gain patience and time, you'll begin to be addicted. Crocheting is also a game changer for people with ADHD like me. It's something to focus on. "MY" PERSONAL problem is that I get all into it and then I'll get distracted wanting to do something else and start a whole new project without finishing the last one. I know I'm not alone here😊 but it's easy easy to do! Believe me. I ♥️ pray 🙏 I can stay focused long enough just to finish this bag ❤ but I am working on this as we speak and I will post this on my social media outlets. And I will let everyone know I watched this video for my first mini bag! I did not have a 3 mm but I am using a 3-3.125 MM needle, a random small one out of My collection and it is working pretty good! I suggest a tiny skinny yarn for this as well. You can't use a small needle with thick yarn that is for sure! The yarn 🧶🪡you used is beautiful with the multi colors. I am using a plain mint green color for this project tonight. Why did you not finish the directions. 8 more rows is not sufficent info. The geometric colors are confusing! You can't tell which color to use! So bummed i want to finish it.
Half double crochet. So you've got a stitch on your hook, yarn over, go through the stitch/hole, yarn over again and then out, yarn over and then pull all three stitches through. I hope you can understand my muddled way of describing it. I'm also a beginner 😊
