I was born in September of 1950. The song "Let it All Hang Out" was a big hit in the summer of 1967. Dickie Heatherton, Joy's brother, was a discjockey the leading AM Radio Station in Dallas that year. He dedicated that record to Lance just before his sister filed for divorce. Your dates are way off in your video!

Earl Campbell was a great powerful running back who's a hall of famer. Unfortunately it came at a high and painful cost as you can see. With his style of play I'm surprised he wasn't nicknamed "The Wrecking Ball" since he punished opposing tacklers.

Being around to actually see Earl Campbell play during his prime with the Oilers it was really a shame to see how many times during a game that he ran the ball. The Oilers ran him on nearly every down for the entire game, season after season. It appeared criminal to watch as he would take punishing blow after blow and the team would just keep handing off the ball to him.

Why does this video show photos of Golden Richards and Tony Dorsett ? Lance Rentzel was only a teammate of Roger Staubach for two seasons, 1969-70. and 1970-71

The Cowboys lost to the Cleveland Browns in the opening round of the playoffs and NOT the 1968 NFL Championship game which took place between the Baltimore Colts and the Cleveland Browns.

The title of this video is so misleading. “How he now lives is sad” is the complete opposite of how that man is actually living his life. He’s a husband, father, successful entrepreneur, and speaks to young athletes around the country about how to avoid some of the pitfalls that tripped him up when he was young and wild. The man served his time and in doing so, made the decision to turn his life around by learning to read. Much respect to MC for being accountable for his actions and turning his life around!

I wonder how much he would get from a deformation of character lawsuit? In 2016, Clarett founded The Red Zone, a behavioral health agency in Youngstown, Ohio.[4] The agency provides mental health services, addiction and recovery services, school-based social work, and many other services.[51] In 2018, Youngstown City Schools released a report showing that 283 students who received services from The Red Zone saw their GPA increase by an average of 16.5%.[52] In 2018, Clarett was part of a business podcast called Business and Biceps with Cory Gregory and John Fosco. Business and Biceps has consistently ranked near the top of the business podcast rankings and in the top 100 overall podcasts in the Apple iTunes store.[53] In 2021, Clarett worked as a consultant to collegiate athletic departments like the University of Connecticut[54] helping mentor players and encourage them to focus on their mental wellbeing. In 2022, Clarett was appointed as a member of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce.[5]

I wonder how much he would get from this RU-vid channel for a defamation of character lawsuit? He's doing fine now. recent years, Clarett has spoken in public forums several times about his experiences in the criminal justice system[55] and the need for criminal justice reform.[56] He also wrote an op-ed in The Columbus Dispatch on the same topic.[57] During the 2018 Ohio Gubernatorial election, Clarett headlined a political fundraiser[58] for Democratic candidate and fellow Youngstown native Joe Schiavoni during Schiavoni's failed bid for the Democratic nomination.[59] Also during the 2018 Ohio gubernatorial election, Clarett participated in a campaign event and panel discussion with eventual winner and 70th Governor of Ohio Mike DeWine about ways to improve education, workforce training, and recovery from addiction.[60] On February 9, 2022, Clarett was appointed to the board of directors of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce.[61]In 2016, Clarett founded The Red Zone, a behavioral health agency in Youngstown, Ohio.[4] The agency provides mental health services, addiction and recovery services, school-based social work, and many other services.[51] In 2018, Youngstown City Schools released a report showing that 283 students who received services from The Red Zone saw their GPA increase by an average of 16.5%.[52] In 2018, Clarett was part of a business podcast called Business and Biceps with Cory Gregory and John Fosco. Professional scumbag. Had the world in his hands and he chose to be a professional criminal and it cost him. Who cares? What sane person would show this guy sympathy? It shows you care more about a game and celebrity status rather than the moral compass of a person. Drug dealer and family abuser….yea, what a great guy but hey, he was a heck of a running back
