They came asking for employment. They were asking for a livelihood. They did not come asking for a share of her wealth or any other kind of bailout from a financial crisis. No demands for a handout either! If the latter were the case, then yes, we could send them away for mocking our dreams. As a person who has personally experienced being laid off from jobs due to circumstances beyond our control, I would certainly suggest hiring them. With the same (or similar) conditions laid out in this story. Trust me! Unemployment rates are constantly rising, and if push comes to shove, honest law abiding citizens are taking to crime to sustain themselves. If I were in Sarah’s shoes, I would never want something like that on my conscience, especially if I knew I had a chance to fix it. Plus, it would only taint the family name if they went down the path of crime.

Some families have the mindset that if the husband cheats on his wife that she's expected to forgive him and pretend that his cheating is no big deal. At the same time, though, if it was the wife that cheated, they would be all up in arms, demanding that the husband divorce her immediately.
What Evelyn did was unforgivable! She was controlling and incredibly toxic. So sad that not everyone manages to escape their controlling parents after moving out or getting married. For her to tell Carolina to work things out with her cheating husband, that’s even worse.
Screw amber! This poor unwanted girl deserved to have her own graduation. Her parents were wrong for trying to throw her away so they could have their darling amber more.
Another story of the antagonist not having jail time becauee the victims didn't press charges for some reason. I understand how jotato feels in stardust crusaders, now.
Afterstory (my version): grandpa was so angry at Amber and her parents that he changed his will. Everything, except for a tiny pittance, goes to Rosalind. He instructed his attorney to disinvite Amber and her parents to the will reading. Only tne true beneficiaries will be told about it. He also took Amber and her parents to court on Rosalind's behalf to reclaim the fund. When they tried to argue back, he told them coldly "you're all lucky Im only suing you for the college fund. I have the right to sue you all for emotional and financial abuse you did to her." He got the money back and cut ties with Amber and her parents. The rest of the family soon followed suit. When he visited Rosalind he told her what he did as he returned her college fund to her. She also cut ties with her parents and sister. She changed her socials and phone to fully cut them off from her life.
I would NEVER let these people treat me like this!! It made me so mad🤬when she skipped her own graduation after four years of college!!😖I’m 65 now, but my family NEVER treated me like these losers 🤷🏽♀️
They panic because they have to pay huge bills but why didn't they stop splurging after the first bill ? There are plot holes deep as an ocean in this story.
There is no moral issue. She was supposed to attend the wedding and she did. Whether she had breakfast that morning or went to her graduation that morning isnt relevant to her having to attend the wedding. I still dont understand why her parents were mad when they saw the picture. The truth is that the money left in the college fund belongs to the parents, who can do whatever they want with it. If i put 100K in a college fund my child uses 50K, the rest belongs to me. Being a good saver doesn't mean the child gets to keep the difference. In my case, i never created a fund for my kids. I just paid tuition every year from my earnings. Does that mean my kids deserve more money? How that is that different if i started a fund and put too much money into it.
I agree with the others, she should have been reported to the police. However, karma… her true nature caught up with her. I’m not sure I agree with her parents turning their backs on her now when previously they were encouraging reconciliation. The girl needed mental help.
Considering her sister changed her wedding date to her sister’s graduation date & chose a venue too far away for her to do both, I think all the power to her. Are these parents real who do everything for one child & undermine the other?

I'm sorry but what kind of DOORMAT did I just fucking watch. Suddenly things were all okay? after they threw her future away to found a god damn wedding destination. Look, I get weddings a big thing for many but... wow, well we know whose the favorite. And there wasn't even consequences for the parents. Wow. I'd get it if the parents used it for hospital stuff but a wedding destination is a frivolous thing... you can make good memories in a more local area.
I think she is facing more than that. Knowing what she did everyone attacks her, harassed her, and made sure she got karma toward her! Everyone always beats her up for what she did.
