It is only the Rivers part of Egbema that does this, the Imo Egbema sells to Isuama people. My Father was born in His fathers farm in Egbema and my father owns over 120 hectares of land he purchased way back in 1996. Oguta 1 and 2 are ancertral farm lands of Isuama people. My ancestors farmed there. i am from Amandugba in isu local government of Imo state. Amaigbo and Amandugba share close ancestry. Our names are Ama and that is where ISu Ama comes from.
When will the current tenure end? Death doesn’t end a constitutional tenure. Even it is remaining 3 months or 1 month, someone from Imo State should be appointed or elected to complete the remaining period, after which it goes to the next in line, Rivers State.

But for those who think they can destroye God own inheritance will be cut off out of surface of the earth, and their house will be ruin for ever. And for Nigerians, they must atone fr their wickedness against the God own inheritance, their judgement just began, the next is to separate the God own inheritance from them, so God almighty will carry out his remaining plans against them, time will prove me right.
The Omu’s point about the local issues in Anioma is valid and appreciated. But what Nnaa mehn is asking for, which is simply a commitment to the greater Igbo unity is not mutually exclusive to her point. There is all sorts of local socio/ethno-political issues in all the Igbo states, and in deed in all the Hausa or Yoruba or any other ethno-political spaces in Nigeria. This, theoretically, shouldn’t detract from a commitment to Igbo unity, which actually strengthens our collective position in the country, which itself would help diffuse internal strife. Insisting that Anioma solves all its internal strife before a commitment to Igbo unity is unnecessarily idealistic; - it’s like insisting that one must attain sainthood in their personal lives before being allowed to vote! For all I know the Ukwuani and Oshimili aren’t eating each other alive, and any internal strife they have can be argued to not be as bad as some existing rivalries within the southeastern states themselves! I hope that her reluctance is not sinister but only due to a possible annoyance with Nnaa mehn’s manner.
Injustice anywhere and to anyone is also injustice to everywhere, and everyone. We must be united in equity, fairness, justice, and progress towards each other always.

For the interest of equity , fair play and unity and oneness of Igbo race ensure that the Igbos in Rivers State take their turn of producing the next President of the Igbo Social Cultural Organization .!
