Thank you! I am making this now! 12:18pm March 13, 2024 UPDATE: 1:55pm...ugh, it burned. I am trying to save it. I have a T-fal Clipso pressure cooker, so its not an instapot and it doesn't have any whistles either. I put in extra water and reduced the time (I know I could finish cooking just on the stove) because it always lets soooo much steam escape even though I have it in the closed position. I don't know if this is proper.... I don't think it is, but my husband says it is ok and works properly. I always put in extra water. I have added two medium potatoes, 1/2 of a large sweet pepper and some more spices a little sugar and a pinch of salt. I really do love your recipe! I will try it again one day. I'm still new to Indian cooking (only since early Jan 2024 and at first my dishes were tasting amazing! well I thought so, but my Husband said he couldn't taste the vegetables.... and since then my food is not as yummy. I still eat it though. I am vegan and my husband is not. I was thinking it was because I toasted the spices first... I've made a few curry mixes since Jan so I was very happy to see you have the exact measurements for the whole spices. Which I now have. Just last week I got real Indian bay and cinnamon. Thanks again and thank you for also including the ingredients in the description. Hugs from Ontario, Canada =o) UPDATE: 2:41 I think I am saving it! I'm going to add a canned bean medeley ( I didn't want to use canned beans, but I think it will finish this. Thanks I really do like this recipe. :o)
