Scottie needs to clock the time like Morris Day with a Flavor Flav neckpiece instead of envy. MJ is the reason he didn't become just another Derrick McKey. Pippen wasn't even recruited out of high-school. He walked on some little Univ. in Arkansas as an equipment manager/player. His main duty as a Freshman was to keep gym tidy. Only reason he even got any playing time that year is because a few teammates quit the team. As a rookie he couldn't beat out a cadaver (Sellers) for starting small-forward spot. But after a couple of years under Air Jordan's wings he became Boy Wonder to Jordan's Batman. Heads tend to forget that while rookie Pip was on the bench averaging a stout 7 ppg, MJ was winning league MVP and DPOY. Before Pip and Phil Jackson, in MJ's rookie season, after the very first time he played against Bird, #33 told a Boston Globe reporter "That guy is going to be the greatest ever - you just watch." Not only did Larry become a legend, he also became a prophet. In MJ's second season, again without Pip and Phil Jackson, after Boston swept Bulls in 86 playoffs Bird said "That was God disguised as Jordan." And Danny Ainge said that even though his stacked Celtics beat Bulls, that they all knew MJ was the best player on the court. Without Pip and Phil, Jordan was already the best player on the planet. Soon as he had his only prime All-Star teammate, which he helped create, and decent role players, it was over.
Real NBA players kno THAT MICHAEL JEFFREY GOAT JORDAN IS THE GOAT 🐐💯....LEFRAUD LEBAGLESS LEBARRYBONDSHEAD LETRAVEL LEFLOP LETURNOVER LEBLAME LEMEDIA LECRYBABBY JAMES AINT ON MJ LEVEL
It's a shame they aren't friends to men's should be able to discuss things and work them out Barkley was jus being honest it's a shame that MJ 'ego is so big he still should be able to take constructive Criticism talk it out boys
Both are. If I am a critique, and I am going to say a piece to my bestfriend, as a respect, I would give a heads up first. But, I won't change anything about what I'm going to say. If I'm not associated with the person, then I'll just go right away.
@@alinarpunay regardless he does not deserve the top 75 like anthony davis ..anthony made top 75 and dwight did nog what did anthony do in the pelicans as the franchise player compare to dwight as the franchise player of orlando
Scottie Pippen isn't satisfied with being named among the 50 greatest players to ever play the game. He isn't satisfied with being a six-time NBA champion, his recognition for his ALL-NBA incredible defensive skills, or his ALL-Star game appearances. It's no secret that Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen have had a complicated relationship in recent years. Their "friendship" was put under even more strain after the news broke that Jordan's son Marcus was dating none other than his former Bulls teammate's ex-wife Larsa Pippen. Scottie needs to find a way. to move on with his life because toxic anger is an inappropriate way to express overwhelming emotions and often signals an acute loss of emotional control. Scottie has already gone down this path, it's sad to say. I have had many discussions about this (Word) call friends, you don't have any real friends because as soon as things aren't going accordingly, they come against you. So, I say it's better to walk alone than in a crowd because negative energy is unhealthy for a reason, and I refuse to allow someone to ruin my happiness.
Pippen, the most underpaid player? Seriously? Nooo! Jordan was the most underpaid player. Pippen didn't step up soon as he stepped on the Bulls court. Jordan was by hisself for a while. And winning championships. Why I dont get the comparisons, Jordan v Lebron/Kobe(RIP). Jordan was doing dolo, what those two needed their dream teams to do. NO COMPARISON PERIOD!!!
Yall keep saying money, money, money. If Last Dance is to be believed, hes the ultimate competitor. This man showed up at a Bulls practice after he retired after a kid called him out to show the kid up. This man bullied Jerry Krause, the man who was built teams around him. Krause is laughing at MJ, aint so easy is it GOAT? And thats the problem there with MJ and people who saw the Last Dance. Absolute disrespect for Krause and his contributions to SIX CHAMPIONSHIPS. His wife was booed early in the year by Bulls fans too. Absolutely classless. MJ is the GOAT but he lacks leadership, and motivating others thats required in his position. When he was playing, he could dominate the game. Even when he couldnt, he would give in to Rodmans antics, or punch Kerr in practice. I see all the time people who are smart and amazing at their craft, but they are very good coaches, teachers or mentors. Anything basketballl that MJ does, he wants to dominate, and if he doesnt, then its like any other competitor, and hes apparently the ultimate. Him finally selling is him giving up.
He sold the team for $3 billion, which effectively made him a $2.25 billion profit. In the span of 13 years, making a team grow to those levels can only be done by someone with the star power of Michael Jordan.if that’s an epic fail sign me up
Well, the money is good considering he made more than 10x on his investment in the Hornets. But that's not the only reason why he sold it. It was way deeper than that 🤷🏽♂️
If you are FRIENDS in a real way.. and come from the NBA "Brotherhood".. & have gotten into the MJ inner circle (knowing Michael don't trust everybody).. then you know to respect privacy and personal things. talkin' bout how a man handles his business, and even taken shots at MJ's mustache was a little extra (just because he did it at his work place doesn't make it right.. not if you are truly FRIENDS). When you treat a friend like he's NOT your friend.. then you're trying not to be .. a friend
This goes to Show you that you Can have Someone Close to you and they Will be Ivy of you Really down Right hate you but act like they are your friend I had a So Call Coworker plus What i thought Were a Friend because him and i did things 🤔 outside Work like Workout at the gym together and he Cross me Just like Scottie Pippen did to Michael Jordan it leaves you thinking 🤔 that i had my Enemy as a Friend and didn't Realize it until Close to the end 😢 i Saw Sign of it years in advance think God that God gave me Signs of it First by my Lady Friend Coming to tell me Something that he told her that i didn't know then I Front him about it and he lied to me about he didn't Say that to her When i knew my Lady Friend Wasn't lying on him because it's Something that he told her about me."
I get Charles Barkley was trying to tell the truth on an NBA topic. But you have to admit if someone completely embarrasses you on live television, mind you a very close friend of yours, it’s very hurtful. Especially when this was blindsided, mj had no clue this would happen. MJ was trying his very best to be an owner, at the time loads of people were talking smack about his inability to be a great owner, to have his close friend also join in with this backlash made Jordan even angrier I get Jordan did not control his emotions well when he talked to Charles, but who would when you get embarrassed on live TV like that, especially an ultra competitive person like Jordan. This affects your image/ reputation man Charles needs to apologize first, before mj apologizes for his outburst, but there’s no way they’ll be friends again, the trust is broken
Barkley had every right telling the truth, mj is best player ever the goat no doubt ! But mj is a horrible owner gm etc… he doesn’t know how to manage shit sorry , Jordan need to mend it by apologizing to charles
Seems like MJ is thin skinned, and unforgiving person to think that Charles Barkley should just say nice things about him and he knows that Charles Barkley doesn't hold his tongue when speaking!
There was no reason for Barkley to say that about Jordan. He knows how Jordan is and that copout because it is my job was worse. They cover for others all the time. Barkley was wrong. He chose money over friendship, and he has wrong.
Agreed, especially since Barkley went on record about how Jordan gave him financial advice that made him 10 times the amount he would of otherwise made. See Jordan was being a real friend to him then. He literally helped him increase his own wealth and in return Barkley went on national TV and told the public how bad a businessman Michael is being. Its hypocritical of Barkley. He would have to be the one to apologize first to be honest, Michael should probably apologize for cussing him out and stuff but that should only be after Barkley apologizes first. At this point though, this grudge has gone on too long, even if they forgave each other, it's not like they would really hang out with each other anymore. The damage is already done, they can't be friends or brothers the same way ever again. I think both realizes this and don't really see a point to reconcile, it just would be too weird for the both of them, they'd rather just not talk to each other ever again.
@irissanders7487 I believe Barkley is upset MJ beat him in the finals. MJ beat him in a public setting, so Barkley used a public setting to put down his so-called friend and wanted to use the excuse it was his job. There is no job in the world that would make me stab my friend in the back.
