Can definitely try, I live in La marque so I'm not to far from either. I tried League City before and didn't really have any luck besides a medic headed to the hospital lol.. Also trying for Webster
The first clip i was on the scene of the heart attack, it was an older gentleman who suffered from a heart attack at the gardening store by the Galveston college
Best thing you can do is keep being you. Be yourself and listen to yourself. Only you can decide rather or not to listen or believe what anyone says to you or about you. I'm sure you are a beautiful person inside and out!! I'm sorry for the late response!
Amazing video!! I remember when I was in Galveston I caught 2 County Health District ambulances responding. One by the Mosque and one on Seawall Blvd. I see you catch them a lot. Great catches you got!!
I've actually been meaning to go out to Dickinson and Webster. I've tried getting Webster before and ended up catching a League City medic instead lol.. I'll definitely be trying again soon
So the life guard trucks are mainly for the supervisor's and on call life guards. They respond to anything that goes on at the beach with fire and ems. They did have the yellow and red trucks but just bought these last year. Thanks for watching!! I'm now posting my best of 2023 video as we speak!! Should be out in the next hour or 2. Ton of federal q and horns!
@southerntexfireresponses9343 Oh alright, because when I was in Galveston back in August I saw them with their lights on.. I can't wait for your new video!
you should really go to beaumont for a little not a great city but you could get some great ems and fire catches there buiseyesr station is prob 2 in north
Pretty much both. Dispatch will tone the requested station and then tell them which channel to turn to. For example Fire com 1, Fire Com 2, EMS 1 and so fourth!
It is indeed. My 2nd newest upload has a structure Fire Response with a lot worse Response from the traffic if you want to watch. Ridiculous how many don't stop
@@southerntexfireresponses9343 No problem, and it's Fire and Rescue Enthusiasts Group. We share anything that is fire and rescue related, from photos and videos of catches of appliances/apparatuses and other vehicles, On-Scene/Incidents, station open days and articles of incidents that involves fire and rescue. We also try and help share channels of other fire and rescue enthusiasts so they can get more likes and subs for them. Nice one 🧑🏻👍🏻
Ridiculous. And if it was any of those drivers family close friends etc they were responding to they would be the first to complain about no one yielding.
Had the Battalion sitting pretty much till everyone saw the tower coming up behind. 3 engines screaming Q and horns and still a ton of cars proceed without due
Happens a lot here in San Antonio. The air horns from the brand new fire engines ladders and platforms are a lot louder. Even the ambulances have a louder air horn. One time two cars ran the red light behind the ambulance.
I can definitely try, it's harder because I'm normally working when I get responses lol. Plus there's a ton of homeless in the area that like to walk up
The thing is here in Galveston it really isn't as bad. My hometown of Hillsboro is a lot worse, especially for it being a smaller city. If you go to my videos and scroll towards the bottom I have videos from there. I remember doing ridealongs there and we slammed on the breaks multiple times in our engine and ladder one time being we hit slammed the breaks so hard that one of the scba packs came undone and hit me in the back lol.. Now that the newer trucks have Qs on them it really helps a lot.
@@southerntexfireresponses9343 I definitely understand that, my hometown is Dayton Ohio most drivers do a good job at always stopping but u always get those few who either don’t hear or care
I hope they aren't getting a new truck. I love that truck. It was recently requested to be used in a mutual aid call for the Galveston FD for the Tour De Tents warehouse fire. Some news agencies have footage of it being used along with other GFD ladder trucks for that fire.
She's a gorgeous truck. I'm a firefighter with Jamaica Beach. The only time she's used is if we have a decent size fire or if one of Galvestons ladders are out of service. Other then that she's only used in parades. On the new ladder, it's been talked upon due to our current ladders age and the cost of maintenance is pretty high but so is the cost of a newer ladder/ quint so we try not to use her when it isn't needed..
