Planned and earned hours can be tracked. However, you cannot get actual hours by activity. Your subcontractor will only provide total daily hours without breaking them down by activity.

Great video. I have a question, sir. In a Building project that we have 5days duration in STEEL FIXING on each of FLOORS, and the Default Unit/Time I assigned is 8/d in our RESOURCE CREATION. Does it meant that only 8meter road marking is expected to achieve in a day?

Scenery: Imagine that we are planning activities that must be finished on a specific date and to do it you must work two shift of 12 hours to work the 24 hours of the day. Question: What would be the set up to apply in the calendar? Should I set up only the time period of 24 hour per day to all the working days or should I do it with the detailed work hour per/day in order to specify the hours of this two shifts to manage better the resources need it?
