I thought Milan playing open football was a mistake on their part. I also kind of wanted them to sit deep so that we could practice breaking them down. This game, to me, came off as kind of easy for us. Also, game by game I get more worried for Darwin.
I agree. I thought the way we controlled the game so soon after going a goal down was more about how bad Milan were than how good we were. Also agree about Darwin. Yesterday he looked more desperate to me, trying too hard to score a goal where there were occasions he could have took an extra touch or played a pass he tried to shoot straight away. I do believe when he scores it'll start to come more naturally to him, but the more and more he gets desperate and tries too hard to score, the harder and harder he'll find it.
It’s not how much you have the ball, it’s always been about what you do when you have the ball and how you react to not having the ball. On the last two Forest out played Liverpool. Slot was under prepared, he said before kickoff that they had prepared for two Forest Wingers but they weren’t selected so he didn’t know what to expect. The players however, clearly forgot about their prep as the forgot what to do when Forest brought on their two wingers. Nuno waited for Slots subs and then attacked the space provided with his subs. The counter attack from Forest has been obvious for several seasons based upon the pace they have in their attack and how they have beat team in the past.
Hi mate. I like the new room and lighting. Keep up the good work👍 I honestly dont agree we Macca criticism, him diving imo was to counter their fouls and slow their advancing. Szobozli, Mo, Trent, Slot need their share of fair criticism for that very game tho.
Thanks mate, glad you like the new setup! I've been trying some new things out but any suggestions for improvements are always welcome. I agree, I don't get the Mac Allistar criticism. I think he's been good this season but as he's in a deeper role maybe some of the movement and passing he does goes a bit unnoticed. I also think the quick turnaorund to blame players like Szobo is unneccesary as well. I don't think he was great, but he has had 3 good games so 1 bad performance doesn't suddenly make him a bad player and the same with the others.
Will save you all the 10 mins, Kelleher situation is exactly the same as it has been last 3 years, Trent has apparently turned down a contract that he hasn't been offered, now go enjoy your day.
Completely agree. I do think we will see more and more rumours coming out with regards to him going to Spain and if he does go for free, I think the majority of the fanbase will lose it
I agree.. I've never liked or enjoyed the international break. I get that we have to do it with qualifiers etc but I think there could be a different way.
I'll never forgive FSG for what they did to Gini Wijnaldum. Wouldn't surprise me if they throw the same shenanigans at Mo. I can see their bootlickers in social media gaslighting us "go support Chelsea" type rhetoric.
They've been saying that for a while even while the club were saying they wanted a number 6. I'd love to see them try and gaslight fans into believing it's better Mo went for a free than be offered a new contract - especially considering the start he's made to the season
@@HeardAKopiteTalking don't underestimate them. All of them defended not giving Gini a contract and pointed out hist first bad season at PSG, called him flop of the season. Never underestimate how audacious and low FSG bootlickers can be.
Brother whatever way i try to look at it, this whole thing is sooooo Liverpool. Of course, after the transfer deadline we will have rumors on 6 again!! I dunno about Gravenberch being the 6 forever. Depends on Thanos tbh. Does he not want a total destroyer? if not, then Ryan will suffice I guess. I just dont wonna see Macca wasting his whole lfc career as a 6, he is soooo much more.
100% agree on Macca I definitely want to see him more involved further up the pitch. Too be honest, the Zubimendi saga is boring me and I wasn't going to do a video on it but I've seen a few people commenting and saying "it's like VVD" and I wanted to say it was nothing like VVD and also the rumours are just twisting words of journalists.
What I noticed: 3 CBS in possession ought to invite press, like Brighton. We didn't really do that, felt like we were rushing it at the back. It worked in other ways cuz Bruno/Rashford were clowning around. I also worry for Darwin/Cody's confidence and hope Thanos figures it out for them.
Agree. I don't think Robertson does well as an out and out defender. At left back he's fine, but asking him to cover for the centre is asking for trouble (the Zirkzee header for example). I think we did the back 3 to get numbers in midfield so we could look to hit the ball behind their midfield and get 5v3 situations against their backline
Really happy with Szobozli work rate. Tbh last season i thought he is our Pogba given his attitude. Happy for Gravenberch too. Hoping to see the Thanos effect on Darwin and Cody.
Yeah he has looked so good at the start of the season and really want to see him continue with that. Gravenberch is proving a lot of doubters wrong as well with his performances. Looking forward to seeing Darwin and Gakpo get more minutes as well as the number of games per week starts to increase.
Brother I apreaciate you listening to my suggestions. Bigger video of you compared to the logo and having videos time-stamped is great. My thing with this whole transfer problems is that I thought the new chapter of Edwards would be different, but no, again, FSG being FSG trumps our transfer realities. FSG is the disease, f'd up transfer windows are the symptom. They'll not spend until we finish 5th maybe, then they'll spend, our cycle!
No problem at all, I will look to make the video of me bigger in future, but unfortunately I'm using screens from when I was streaming games so I might need to look at changing how it all looks in the future. Regarding the transfers, I agree. This window has been shocking, new regime (Hughes + Edwards) same problems, failing to sign our targets. My real concern at the moment (outside of finishing outside of top 4) is that if we finish 5th in Slot's first season, he will be scapegoated for it and fans will be calling for him out, and not fixing the real problem.
Ian Doyle is gaslighting there. Pure standard gaslighting. No one who hates FSG would rather have the club become Chelsea. But I will never trust FSG to do the correct thing. Remember the season that Hendo and Fabinho were playing CB and they got injured, they got Ozan Kabak ffs! I guess it's good to have a new winger but not going for a 6 which is the biggest priority is typical FSG shenanigans. Also, many FSG-in people are just looking for their own interests, interviews with Klopp, Hendo, doing puff pieces for whoever has got a new book etc. They are positivity merchants because it is beneficial to them financially.

I watched the full analysis again. Besides enjoying it, one point comes to mind. For Szobozli to fully function in his new role he needs to work as hard as Hendo, and hard working has not been Szobozli's best attribute. Hopefully he grows into it.
Agreed but I have seen Szobo working hard in the opening 2 games, thinking specifically to him tracking back when we were countered from our corners. I think Szobo needs to have a big season for us this year
Little suggestions, I like your video to be bigger and the logo to be smaller while wat hi g the screen. It feels a bit weird the way it is. Also id appreciate if you time stamp the videos. In any case, this is my new favorite lfc channel.

I agree. While I do think chiesa is a good signing and does benefit the team, the no.6 is an issue and I worry if we don't address it we'll be out of the title race before Jan

Agreed and in fairness to Quansah I haven't heard him complain. I think it annoyed me because of the criticism Klopp used to receive for his interviews and now they're starting on Slot day 1.
I think with Allison.. Whilst he is a quality goalkeeper, he is also still holding a lot of value! So for example, if a Saudi team comes in for him, you can still make a good chunk which will be good for FFP, also. Whereas, if you keep Allison, then you're at a loss to then sign a new keeper cause Allison won't have the value. I also think it's a good to replace for a younger keeper.
I agree he does hold good value, but he is still the best keeper in the world and at 31 he could still play for another 4-5 years at the top level. Mamardashvili is a good keeper, not on the same level as Allison yet but the potential is definitely there.
