What we really need is a search button WITHIN the Sites editor panes. This technique appears to send me to a page, instead of to the paragraph of the page where this search word/phrase exists. That's a bit helpful if I don't know the page, but less helpful if the term is on multiple pages. It also doesn't work in our organization because editors may NOT publish their own sites; rather, the editor requests that someone else review the site (for adherence to policy) and updates the published site. The technique also can't search sites that have never been published (they have yet to pass their first review). Any ideas as to how to address these?

I've just updated from Snow Leapard to Monterey... the Finder window laout looks horrible. It's just a plain white box with text in it and limited borders. Snow Leapard has a polished chrome looking top ribband and the bookmark folders have 3D-looking blue icons that are shaded to give a directional light look. Monterey just has the outline of a folder. Seems like a backward step to me, as though it's a mid '90s Power PC.
