Congratulations! I made a new year's resolution to give up secular music this year (2024) and have stuck with it. It was difficult at first, but I stuck with it and I will never EVER go back to secular music ever again. I can finally say that I hate it. I gave it up because I gave up atheism last year and heard of the challenge to give up secular music for a month. So I took the challenge and passed it and wanted to try it for a year. But as I went through the months, I realized I'm done with it forever. Because of the realization you did. The more I explored secular artists, the more ungodly I realized they all are. Thank God you made the same realization that I did. God bless!
I have both the CSB Apologetics Study Bible and the KJV Apologetics Study Bible, and they're exactly the same. Everything u see from front to back is identical, including the charcoal grey color, articles, twisted scriptures, concordance, timeline and chart, and maps, etc. The only difference is that the name-one is CSB, and the other is KJV. One costs a bit more than the other, but they are identical twins.. I was kind of disappointed that I got the same bible twice but with different names purchased I cbs because I thought I was getting a different bible on apologetic studies for indepth study. But i was wrong. I ended up giving my CBS away, the same I got it
Thats exactly how I felt about the Tony Evans Bible, I had the CSB first then he came out with the NASB in which I thought there would be a little difference but nope, exactly the same just translation differences. Im considering giving away one of mine too! Thanks for letting me know they are the same in the inside! 💖
@natishanloves look into the Esv study bible it's not an apologetic study. bible, but I just ordered mine... it's more in-depth.. u can also look it up on RU-vid reviews... another bible that u can check out is called the net bible full note
@@luxe4744 Thank you! I have the ESV study Bible, its fully loaded and I love it and I think you will too! Im going to do my research on the NET bible, thanks for the suggestion. I love study Bibles, they all bring something different to the study table. 💖
@natishanloves Make sure it's the one that says NET Full Notes Bible Edition and not the Journal NET Bible or their other versions. Personally, I prefer buying earlier versions of physical Bibles because they can not be changed, unlike apps that notify us for updates. I use other Bible translations for understanding or explaining scripture, like the amp/ampc bibles and the expanded bible but I rely on older versions of the KJV or the 1599 Geneva Bible as my base when reading and comparing to other bibles. What bible do u use for ur base or foundation??? HarperCollins Publishers owns the rights to the New International Version (NIV) and the New King James Version (NKJV), both published by HarperCollins Christian Publishing HarperCollins acquired Zondervan, the division that owns the rights to the NIV, in 1988. Zondervan, published other books by Christian authors, also they published joy of ghey sexx, and satanic bible. It's been reported that about 65,000 words and 45 complete verses have been removed under HarperCollins Publishing.
@@luxe4744 oh wow to the part of the other authors being published that is definitely not for the Kingdom of God 😳. That’s crazy! I grew up on KJV, that was the first translation that I read the Bible through too. I jus started getting into other translations for comparison purposes with the AMP being my favorite to study with and the NLT to just read with. KJV, AMP, ESV, NASB are my top ones to study with and CSB and NLT are the ones I jus like to read from. I have to check the copyright dates on my 2 NIV Bibles, but its not really my favorite translation and I typically don’t gravitate towards it. The Geneva Bible is on my amazon wishlist when my funds are more stable. Thank you for this information, I love learning! Iron sharpens Iron💖. Thanks
I have a few Bible study guides from them as well. I have the Pray and did only one chapter. I didn't even finish answering the questions. I am half way thrrough Daniel. I have been studying it on and off for the past 2 years. I am doing creative journaling with Daniel. Our small group is on summer break now but when we get back together in September we are going over Isaiah. I need to get that book from John MacArthur. I used his book on Revelation and it helped me to understand it when we studied it last year. I haven't set up any goals yet but I do need to cause I have been in a slump for months now. I still continue to pray. Thanks for sharing your goals. God bless.
Its so interesting to hear a handful of people sharing that they started the study guides but have not finished them. I dont know what it is but the struggle is real! 😭. I’m glad to hear that his study book helped with understanding the book of Revelation and that may be the next one that I get. When I feel myself heading into slump mode, I have to take time to fast along with a day dedicated to just seeking the Lord. Praying for you 🤗 and God Bless! 💖
It is impossible for deceived human beings to have "Free Will". Without "Free Will" christianity can not be true. And the fact is every human being is easily deceived! Observe the fact of how many millions of people believe Trump won the last election. Think about that!! A current event and reality that has deceived millions even though information and facts are readily available to the majority of the world. Now apply that reality to a story that took place thousands of years ago when people had no information available to them except the information provided by priests! This reality about human nature makes christianity's stories and promises irrelevant especially in regards to "free will". From flat earthers, rapture believers, those that deny evolution, those that deny the science of climate change and vaccines...those that believe Trump all prove that "free will" can't exist. Because those who are deceived and truly believe the deception bases their life and actions upon those beliefs. Why do you think a god whose existence relies upon the "free will" argument would take away our "free will" by designing us to be easily deceived? Embracing deception is basic human nature and is built into our DNA. Flying planes into buildings, forcing raped 10 year old little girls to give birth, voting for Trump all come from the exact same place...embracing deception. So the next time you watch as christians' support those that deny the science of climate change or evolution or vote for those that do nothing about gun violence or vote for those that give even more tax breaks to billionaires at the expense of the well being of the world...remember it was all brought to you by the lie of christ!
I can identify in my way on what you’re talking about. I saw myself heading towards a lukewarm phase years ago because of a church hurt but it was like I snapped out of that real quick. The Lord brought me back to reality and I will never allow that to happen again. He reminded me that He’s my source and to remain focused on His word. Thanks for being a yielding vessel Natisha. I feel this is a much needed topic for the season we’re in.
Thank you Lord for pulling you back to Him. Jus like in the scripture, 2 Samuel 14:14. But God does not just sweep life away; instead, he devises ways to bring US BACK when we have been separated from Him! 💖. The love of a Heavenly Father, Gracious! Thank you so much for your support and God Bless! 💖🤗. God is giving people Grace now but the clock is ticking fast and the sleeping useless saints must be awakened before its too late and thats why I was lead to make this video.
Thank you for your passionate message in this video today. You're so right, and we need to wake up and be vigilant. Pray for your kids, it's so easy as Christian parents to be a bit naive about their world, as teens. I can't imagine how hard it is to be a young person in these times. I'm a senior now, but it's hard for all of us. Keep up your videos! I don't watch them all, but they are always good. Thanks for your testimony, and God bless you!
Hello! I agree its so easy to go about life and not see the dire need for prayer to be placed over kids/youth on a daily basis! I pray over my boys, their friends, their schools, transportation and etc everyday now and I feel out of place when I don’t. Youth are easier targets for the enemy for many reasons with one being that they are so easily influenced and want to fit in with the crowd. Thank u so much for your support and God Bless 💖🤗
I always appreciate your honesty in your videos. It can be hard to get through so many books with everything else we have to do. That Voddie Baucham book is sitting next to me right now! I'm exciting to get into it.
Thank you 😊! Voddie got me looking up words in the dictionary, lol! The book is definitely intellectually sound. I’m actually getting through it faster than my normal reading speed 🤣. I hope u like it too! 💖
Thank you so much for showing us your resources. I have a lot of the same books so that's cool. I have been having issues with gel pens so I'm looking to go back to ball point pens, lol!
Thank you so much for watching 🤗. Yeah, in a lot of my Bibles ball point pens have become my thang, the good ole basics. Do you have a favorite study resource?
Please let me know how you liked it when u are done! I may do that study next when I get done with the pray one. I finally got back into the pray study and I hope to stay consistent with it🫣
@@natishanloves I’m loving it and look forward to the quiet time of my day for that. I appreciate you for sharing this company because I had never heard of them as well as the Tony Evan’s study bible. Even though I’m not a novice, I think it can be a great study companion for anyone.
@@PrincesSarah70 I’m so glad you are liking the study! Their studies have you thinking outside the box and is very helpful. There will never be an end road to learning God’s Holy Word and Kingdom agenda. The Tony Evans Bible is my Jam 💖
Sis, I love this version too! 💖. Especially the simplicity of it. I do find it interesting that only the publisher Zondervan makes AMP translation Bibles 🤷🏽♀️
Sis, I’m trying so hard to fit it into my daily schedule. I grew up a sporadic reader but I really want it to be a normal part of my daily life now especially since I dont really watch tv. Definitely a work in progress, loading…….🤗
I'm the same way with Christian books I dont always finish them and I think because they give us work to do in those books which I like but sometimes I like chapters that read through also. Girl I have many books and I don't stop buying I think its ok to be all over with our books and bibles as long as we continue to be in God's Word. ❤ Thanks for sharing ❤ I'm Loving " God of All things " also " the bait of satan " and " the garden within " all good reads that I'm still in and take breaks cause just being in God's Word is enough for me some days. ❤ Enjoy your book reading ❤
Thank you Sis 💖. That was very encouraging! And you are right, as long as we are in the word, its okay to be all over the place with the resources 🤗. Enjoy your book reading too! 💖 (your picks sound good)
I started reading it, the Trinity book, and then stopped for some reason. Maybe I had too much going on in my personal life that was distracting me because I really wanted to be attentive when reading that book, notes and all.
Great Bible collection and thanks for sharing the headband trick. I used to do that with planners but never thought to do it with my Bibles. Definitely will try it !! Changing Bibles every book you study is amazing. I need to do that with my non-journaling Bibles 🤣 I'm determined to study every book in my current journaling Bible though it's been years now 😂
Thank you Sis! Girl I completely understand, I plan to study every book of the Bible also while using one specific journal Bible and I feel like it may take a while to complete too, because I have been studying the Book of Isaiah forever and it aint even no in depth verse by verse study 🤦🏾♀️.
Love this! Love the self accountability! Daily Bread 🥖 🍞🥖 We really need His word daily 🤍 I feel you on the just reading part. Sometimes I get so caught up in the writing and studying I miss the actual fellowship with the Lord. This video was so relatable. Andddd I’ve been thinking about reading the Bible chronologically with my chronological study Bible. Looking forward to your June video! 🤍
Girl, I be feeling off on the days I did not get into the word. 🫣. Im thanking the Lord for always pulling on my heart to come back! I’m working on trying to get into early in the morning before my actual day starts so that it doesn’t become an afterthought/after the fact! My spiritual discipline will need to kick in gear because my kids being home for the summer has messed up the daily rhythm. I think I might proceed with reading the Bible Chronologically at night time to just enjoy being intimate with the word! 💖
Hello, I hope you are fit and fine. I saw your RU-vid channel. Your channel and video content are very good. But here some problems: 1. RU-vid video SEO score is very low 2. Not title - description - tag are SEO friendly 3. Not sharing on social media platforms and your RU-vid channel is a lot of trouble. As a result views, likes and subscribers are not increasing. Benefits of 100% SEO score: 1. Views will increasing 2. Likes will increasing 3. Comments will increasing 4. Subscribes will increasing 5. Watch time will be increasing 6. Audience will increasing So, If you want your channel to increase subscribers, views, likes, comments, with proper video SEO and monetization. It will be your right decision. Do you want to increase your channel with perfect SEO and Optimization? I'm waiting for your response.
Good video! God bless your journey with your new Bible! I saw a similar video where the guy put all the tabs for the same topics "behind" each other, rather than spreading them out. I saw another where he didn't use tabs, but marked a little bit of the edge (about the same width as a tab) with colored rectangles to show where the verses were for that topic. I'm not a tab fan, myself, but I do use colored strips like Post Its. Last, I don't highlight the whole verse. I just draw a vertical line next to it. That way, if it belongs to more than one topic, I can just draw a different colored line next to it. God bless you big time! ❤
Thank you😊. I didnt even think about the possibility of overlapping versus in regards to highlighting. I’m going to definitely consider that with my next upcoming topics 🤗 thank you for the advice! God Bless💖
Hello 💖, Initially I primarily got it for the color too and because I was intrigued with R.C Sproul’s notes/commentary and resources. I am loving it as my theme/reference Bible and the articles throughout the reading text. I would love to see the bigger version but it doesn’t come in pink, but if it did, I probably would have went with the bigger version.
I almost didn’t get the Moody commentary because I remember hearing someone say that was very theologically detailed but Im glad I did because I enjoy it especially when I need a deeper understanding! Thank you for watching 💖
Great review. This must be a confirmation for me because I ordered this Bible Sunday from the same place after contemplating for days if it would be a good fit for me. I got purple as well, my favorite color, but with tabs because it was on sale. Thanks for sharing.
I absolutely love this study Bible and the color purple! It just brings so much to the table! The QR codes allow him to add alot without making the Bible huge some some of the rest of my Study Bibles. The only thing it may be missing in comparison to my others is colorful images with in but Im okay with it! I’m excited that u got it and I really hope you like it!
Thank you for sharing!! I have been thinking about getting a commentary. I did get the book "All the Names in the Bible" published by Thomas Nelson. It has really brought the people and places in the bible to life for me. 📚
My Pleasure! The Tony Evans commentary is theologically straight forward and to the point and the other two are more theologically detailed. Love them all and they are very helpful/useful especially if you want to go deeper! I don't think I have seen the book of the names in the Bible and I will have to check that out! thanks for the reccomendation!
Ooof sis, I'm glad you're speaking about this! I've seen and felt some things too... fortunately calling on Jesus' name works 100% of time time, glory to God! But wow hearing you seeing the blanket levitating above your child was next level and gave me chills!!!!!
Oh to be kept by Jesus! I still can't believe I actually experienced that!!!! Im thankful that the Holy Spirit woke me up! The enemy is relentless, I definitely have to stay on my watchman post and keep my guard up at all times.
My pleasure! 💖. Moving out of faith has allowed me more free time to operate creatively in encouraging others to Seek the Kingdom of God. Thank you so much for your support!!!!!!!🤗
