should i worry if i gambled and won but within 2 weeks lost all then filed chapter 7 the next month and now trustee sees it on bank statements uggh i wish i never played online casinos even with the wins. im just gonna say the truth yes i won and yes i kept playing my goal was really to win bigger than i did and just pay off my debt. i know wasnt gonna happen but now i am worried i will not get a discharge. how i see it is it was never my money but will the trustee agree. btw i couldnt afford a lawyer after all this so filed by myself. thanks for any feeback god bless
Hello. Got a question for you. I just recently had a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy removed/dropped off of my credit report during the first week of September 2024. Yay!!! Finally!!! I am/was so happy. But my credit report score has dropped about 20 points. If you please can provide me with an answer as to why? I thought my score was supposed to increase not decrease. I thank you and appreciate in advance if you decide to answer my question.
How are you sir love your videos just went into chapter 7 filing to begin Tuesday. One thing I got mixed up in is crypto transaction in and out of my bank. I was using it to pay bills and catch up and putting the rest back into crypto to trade and try to make more money but I ended up losing all my crypto and causing all my finances to spiral out of control trying to play catch up. Will the trustee go back that far to check in my statements when all the spiraling started. We’re filing in September but all the crypto stuff happened in March. You can clearly see in all my bank statements how I was using any gains to pay credit cards and parsonal loan and then trasferring back to Coinbase to try and make money again until it all went bad. Sorry for the long text message but I value your feedback.
Hello! We would never advise anyone to intentionally lose income to make the means test. There is substantial relief to be found in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
@@LifeBackLawFirm I was referring more to on the books getting fired but making money cash under the table to atleast pay the mortgage during a chapter 7. Or will they question how the mortgage is being paid off?
Okay well my mortgage company put a claim in and I'm wondering did they get paid for that claim cuz I'm still living in the house of attending to pay my mortgage and I wasn't even behind I was I was up to date with my mortgage chapter 7 by the way
Arizona/ What if personal representative, not myself has not submitted to probate court (AZ it's two years to file into court). I'm disclosing possible inheritance as I have copy of the will. And 18 months passed since person passed . So I guess my question is Wouldva trustee file into probate court if personal representative hasn't to be put as a debtor or claim to the estate?
What about if my fiancé took out an auto loan to “buy” the car from me. The purpose was essentially to refinance the vehicle for lower monthly payments but now the car is under her name. Would that be an issue?

Hey Wes I had a question for ya. Do trustee care before u file bankruptcy what u spend on a debit card? I know there is a 90 day period for spending on credit cards but what about debit? If u purchase a phone or something or go out to eat and maybe spend a little on fun stuff is that gonna be the same rule as the credit card rule? Will the trustee make u pay the creditors back for not paying them? I have also heard that some trustees don’t care cause it’s not on a credit card. Thanks man 😊

I want file bankruptcy 7, but I had withdrew money from 401k. Can I still file chapter 7 and use the federal exemption to keep my money. Didn’t know that I should have not withdrew money from my 401k.
Single. Earn less then 25 I k a year. Owe avt 10 grand all said Basic loving expenses no rent but power water sewer gas insurance tags fuel food cellphone contract got no medical insurance at all . Sooooo?? Income is 1100 a month max Sooooooo ?????
I once filed for a personal bankruptcy and it was the best thing I could ever imagine…!! The next day the sun rose as usual and the birds were still singing their songs….and I was debt free.
What about Tvs, clothes, toys and stuff that makes a house a home? Because I don't want to lose my TV my clothes my tables and my furniture That's a lot of stuff to list Am I supposed to list all of this stuff?
Really dude? Instead of telling them to pay their debt , you are advising them to file for bankruptcy ? How about the money that the landlord lost ? Sigh!
