Just another tip to help you with that tip.. it is better to make it go up over the top of the cake not just level with it. Hope that helps. Also hope you seen my comment on your sultane tip video. 😊
Ive got a few and im sure it can be used for other things but I use it to fill my macarons. (Which is my baking obsession ❤) so you can add a curd or ganache in the empty spot. Also ive pulled the center piece out of one and its awesome for topping cupcakes. I've also seen some people do cookies but left as it is in your video.

Glad you love it. But I think that its supposed to be used from further back. I seen it on one of the last cakes you did and I'm pretty sure its meant to be sprayed from a bit more of a distance. But as long as you like it thats what matters. ;)
I personally think it's ok to charge a bit more for experience but you also have to look at your cakes looks and where you're making them too. Like you don't have cost for rent for baking space/ classes or specialty things. Not just the length of time you have been baking. Also a good honest opinion of your cakes /decorating would be good to get if you can. Just thoughts... ❤
