There are a lot of agents that have greatness inside of them. However their current environment isn’t giving them what is needed to thrive. Many agents feel like they operate on “an island” surrounded by average agents not able to help find the pathway on how to be great. The dragon community is being created to help those agents find a place to plug into a net positive environment. To collaborate, find motivation and most importantly accountability to achieve that next level of growth to achieve greatness.
