Yes, only if the material is stretchy But if it's a non-stretchy material then I advise you put Dart on the dress so that it will give you a good fitten. Dart should only be put at the upper bodies, since the lower bodies is gathered

@@christianaagulanna2768 use the most loose stitch on your machine, and sew on your fabric, after sewing you will carefully drag one of the ropes I hope this explains it

I made bias out of the material to turn the neckline and arm hole instead of using the regular bias that we know, but it's best if you have enough material use the same material as lining for the front especially (cowl neck front) then you can use facing method to turn the back.
