Welcome to Pretty Distressed™. I’m Christina, a full time RU-vidr living in Franklin, Tenn. who has a passion for furniture makeovers. I take thrifted pieces of furniture and refinish them into completely new creations.
I love trying new products and techniques and sharing the experience with you. Sometimes projects go really sideways before they get good. And I show you all the ups and downs. Even after 7 years of refinishing, I still have lots to learn.
I love neutral colors and natural wood tones. But I will step out of the box every now and then to push myself to try something bold or ornate.
I’m your biggest cheerleader. Whether you are looking to refinish your own pieces, get into the furniture flipping business or maybe go the influencer route. Thank you so much for being here! And if you just like a good before & after…I’m your girl, too.
Who actually gets mad? Are they fning serious? ..I swear miserable people look for any fning thing to complain about ..people getting mad about u refurbishing a piece of furniture.. that is the most bizarre thing I have ever heard
@@ChristinaMuscariI’ve viewed the video and I do not get a product button anywhere on the screen, not even the lower left-hand corner. Would you kindly include a description of product and where to purchase, or add a hyperlink? Thanks so much!🥰
The color you used is the exact color I got custom made at lowes. The were able to color match a table cloth I got. I absolutely love this green. It's going on my table and chairs and loving room table and end table since I have the open concept.
I don't do any furniture refinishing, but that doesn't stop me from having an opinion! As she said, this is a reproduction piece, not an antique. I think it's grand that it is being repurposed and reused.. And any modifications done in that process are absolutely fine.
