He sounds like John De Lancie. An amazing actor whom has been in a variety of series. Just a few; Q from Star Trek, Discord from My Little Pony, and Alarak from Starcraft 2. Sadly John has been getting old, so we likely won't see him in a lot more productions. I'm very excited for this new actor's prospects.

@@lilac1204 acutely aware actually, and yet he says it's raw and not fermented. The stuff you're referring to is fermented, that's like calling a pickle a raw cucumber.

Quintus is probably not referring to Japan. My guess is that he might have been referring _kuai_ (finely sliced raw fish) from Ancient China.
