Sooo.. if the customer wants an SUV, the agile approach is to first build and provide 3 other less capable vehicles before building the Suv? Seems inefficient. And expensive. I must have missed something.
Thanks for your reply although the point is, you need to get somewhere from the get go. Would you rather a car with 3 wheels that doesn't work, or a less refined SUV with 4 wheels that gets you to where you need, and will be improved upon with time. No different from every mobile APP version you update on your phone. Iterative improvements all the time.
